Hand Warmer arrived quickly, well packed and in perfect condition. It was mostly charged so I used it outdoors. It warmed a lot and quickly. It recharged nicely and is ready for another use. I did have one small problem with a lantern I ordered but when I reported it to their customer service person, she immediately offered to send out a replacement right away, even before I asked. I have been ordering from Survival Frog for about 6 months. Every product I ordered has been as advertised! Some items are not for me, as I am a petite female and I could not handle them safely. Many of the cool items can be used in everyday life. Like solar lights you can move any where, or carry long distances. Items that are solar chargeable are so timely and useful. Every so often they film "How To .....". These really teach you the ins and outs of making something that works on the fly, or something more permeant. Lot's of good info here! I recently purchased a very strong laser torch called a tact laser from SF ,(Survival Frog). When I received the laser it was well packed came with everything that they had described in the email. After I charged the battery and began to play with the laser I felt as though there was an issue. I contacted SF support concerning the laser and explained that I thought the laser might have an issue. Without a hundred questions,hassels etc. They offered to take the laser back for exchange or refund the cost. They were kind enough to supply me with a shipping label back to their facility at their cost for replacement. All of their emails up to this point were very quick and made everything very easy to follow. A week or so later I decided to check on the replacement and within minutes after hitting the send button I had a support person giving me all the tracking information and replacement information. No issues just quick friendly service. I will continue to do business with SF because I feel more than confident that I will be taking care if there's an issue. I don't rate a company by the service they give me when I'm placing the order I rate them and judge them based on how attentive they are after the sale when there's an issue. SF gets a 10 + for customer service and customer satisfaction. Their goal is 100% customer satisfaction and that is exactly what they delivered to me . Items were in good shape when they arrived. All items were in the order and as described. The only problem that I have mentioned to Survival Frog is that the bag that they came in had an odor that has lingered for a time. Mentioned this in an e-mail on several occasions and in another review. Survival Frog's comment was the odor was coming from the fire tablets. There was no odor that I could detect emitting from the tablets or the box they were in and did mention this in the comments and e-mails. They indicated that I could return the order, but that would entail additional cost to send and if I wanted replacement of the order, an additional cost to have the order shipped. Told Survival Frog that I would keep the order but was hoping for them to make the offer to at least replace the bag, To date, nothing else has been forthcoming. Anyone else have this problem?

I have purchased many things from The Frog, and like the gear and the prices. But I have an ongoing gripe. I am really put off by all the "Hide-and-Seek" verbiage used in the email letters. Just tell us what it is and forget all the mysterious hype language. I like nothing worse than to click the link only to find out that I already own one or even two copies of the gear listed. For the most part I love you guys, but gosh all the emails for the same thing, is a bit tiring. I am a old woman and as much as I love to read, I really only need to read something once or twice. After that I pretty much get the gist. (I haven't gotten to the dementia stage quite yet). I have all the knives I will ever need at my age, but I really do love that little one (Hoffman Richter 2.75") and wouldn't mind having a few more of them (it is sooo cute). Oh and just so you know, I did use it a few days ago and man was it sharp! Awesome!! I am taking care of my water. I filter all of it. Although when your price comes back down on the Life Straw I would love to get a couple more of them! The Bivy in the green case is great also, but the price is too much for me right now. I'd love to have the BOB full of stuff, especially the medical, alas, that doesn't seem to be in MY picture right now either. I am a senior citizen with limited funds. So ya know that kind of says it all. Thanks guys, love what you are doing!! I will buy when I can if the price is right for ME!
