Reviews of Old Town Plaza

Figuring out the parking here is a little tricky, initially we drove past either direction a couple times. But once we got into this adorable little town area. It was super cool to walk around. Plenty of trendy touristy things, but also felt like it had a reasonable amount of the old town vibe still. we happened on it during the day of a car show which was super fun. A whole bunch of wineries to wine taste.

It's a nice place to take pictures for Christmas season with beautiful decorations and a church ⛪. There is also good gift shops to buy presents. As you can see in the picture, it has so many space to sit and hangout too. I haven't tried any of the restaurants there yet. We tried candy shop which has so many choices for candies and chocolates. Definitely recommend for simple but beautiful family pictures there!!!

Beautiful downtown area. MOST shops close at 5 so make sure you go early. It's lit up beautifully but becomes like a ghost town after dark... except Church street Cafe, ate there one night and it's a beautiful old hacienda, food was amazing!

Awesome area with tons of shops, restaurants, art studios, and local stores to get amazing souvenirs, clothes, and trinkets at! Highly recommended a bunch of things to explore and the old buildings are really cool. Live musicians around as well to make it for a lovely ambiance.

Very much a happy accidental find. I was burning some time before picking up a friend at the airport and I walked into live music, food trucks, local craft artisans, shops, and a few seemingly nice restaurants. The vibe was excellent, all the food smelled great, and the music provided a very upbeat feel.

Such a wonderful revitalized area. It was fantastic that the original homes and history have been respected / restored and used for retail. The park was well kept and looking beautiful. Definitely worth the side trip!

I can't even begin to describe how breath taking the plaza was. So many unique shops and sites to visit. Street performers filled the air. Museums and art and there were local vendors selling handmade jewelry. Just an overall pleasant experience

We went on Christmas Eve for the holidays and it was absolutely gorgeous. Old Town is the core to New Mexican culture. You can find a lot of yummy foods and unique southwestern gifts. The only flaw is that it's hard to find parking.

More stores than you can shake a walking stick at. Yes, cliche, but succinct. Everything is quite pricey, but you just might find that something special. We found exactly what we were looking for, and we hope you will too. Very relaxing and reminiscent stroll through Old Town as we lived here from 1998-2001 while serving in the army.

This is a must visit if you come to ABQ. Awesome shops, food, cafes and entertainment. I came during the day for a little souvenir shopping and just to walk around.
Great for families, adults and kids.
