Absolutely love love love the miasarnia. Been there forever and ran by the nicest family. From the most delicious pierogies and kielbasa to their savory lemon wafers and Polish candy, this I worth the stop whenever you are in Yonkers.

Fabulous kielbasa which pairs extremely well with their hot mustard, carrot salad, pierogis and I made a beet dip that married well with it all. They’ve been in business 53 years and well earned with these rich flavors. Go try lots of things and have a taste of Poland in Yonkers.

Very nice customer service...explained the different kinds of kielbasi and other meats. Haven't been there in years but since this year i needed to get my own Christmas Eve dinner..went back. I can't wait to eat it. Also the pierogi..they were always great! And the aroma just takes me back!

Friendly staff. Lots of fresh, interesting options for Eastern European fare, such as cheeses and sausges. They sell a cherry cheese babka that is simply delicious.

The front door of the shop was open when I parked in front of the store, and the aroma was FABULOUS. Best kielbasa ever. And I ALWAYS stock up on their mustard. Excellent stuff ! Great Polish 'jerky' (can't remember the real name). I'm going back today forore.

It's a must for Russian Easter. We love everything we get there and now neighbors ask us to pick up things for them. Love the kielbasa, bacon, peroghi, mustard and horseradish!

The food is fantastic! We especially love their Pierogis and Kielbasa. They have a great variety, and are always helpful. This is our go-to.

The store looks run down in a true Eastern European fashion. Shelves stocked poorly and just looks like it needs more maintenance. Meat selection is very small and their kielbasa is really not that great, and in the expensive side. Pierogi are awesome though and so is the house made horseradish. Staff was kinda rude on the day I went and not really helpful, seemed bothered when I asked some simple questions. Overall it's ok. I won't go back unless I need more of that awesome horseradish. They do take credit cards which is a plus. There's so much unrealized potential in this place!

We have been coming here from Port Chester for many years now . We love everything esp the pierogies and the fresh kielbasa. It's a must to go for the holidays -wouldnt be the same without all our favorites to enjoy at the holiday table . Staff is always very friendly and helpful . Oh and my husband absolutely loves the homemade horseradish- if u never had it before i suggest you go easy ! It's delish but POWERFUL !!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 😊

Store that has many Eastern European products, both homemade and imported. Pierogies and keilbasa are my favorite items and taste authentic. They provide the food at the Ukrainian festivals in Yonkers each June. Street parking.

They have 1/2 dozen varieties of freshly made pirogies in bags of 12. If you like Mrs Ts you will love these and not want to buy frozen ever again. They also have some imported European specialty products that are difficult to find elsewhere. Their blintzes are absolutely delicious. They have herring that is very good to excellent if you don't want to travel to Zabar's downtown Their hot dogs are home made without preservatives. I highly recommend checking out this place!

Having moved from Yonkers 3 years ago, I've always gone back to Miasarnia for my pierogies to take back to MS with me. This year my daughter brought them to me for Easter. Sadly, each and every one of the pierogies had either torn dough or opened up when frying. The same with the ones my daughter left at her home in Sleepy Hollow for their dinner one night. Very disappointing.

You cannot beat the delicious food that is found there, and the family that operates the store and makes the food has become like family to me. Anyone I know who has tried the food I have bought from the Miasarnia has raved about the flavor and freshness. It truly is a wonderful place.

If you want the best Kielbasy, pierogi, sour kraut, horseradish or ham this is your place. Our family has been going here for more than 50 years. My mother was from Yonkers and moved to Rockland but always made the trek with me in tow and not I carry on the tradition because its is the best.
