Love this place! Their carne asada is amazeballs. The barbacoa is so tasty. Pork belly. Chicarones... I could go on. Great cuts & prep. The weekend specials are SPECIAL!

A wonderful old school Mexican butcher shop with cuts of meat you won't find anywhere else at very, very good prices. And the old lady makes wonderful salsas every day.
Real chefs shop here.

Just got food from there. Pastor was amazing and your salsa is to die for!!! Definitely will be back... Your newest neighbor! 😊 Got tamales from you guys also for my lunch tomorrow. I cheated and tried them already tonight. They are so good. If anyone lives near by and you guys have not visited this place yet... You need to try it out! I read mixed reviews before I went there, and the negative ones... Well idk what happened to them. I had great customer service, fresh food, and I promise this is my to go to place from now on. Apparently they have a restaurant not far away, that will be my next place to check out. Listen, I love food and would never steer anyone wrong. If you like Mexican food and enjoy cooking at home as well, try it. They also accept EBT for non hot items. I saw someone post about that, so I asked while I was there. Super friendly lady working the cash register and they want to make sure you are satisfied with what you are leaving with. Ok, rant over. This place is my new favorite!!!!

Awesome tamales! Not to be missed. The fresh salsa was good and the prices were very reasonable. There butcher shop selection looks top notch although I have not tried....yet.

The ingredients are high quality (they run their own butcher shop two doors down) and the food tastes fresh and flavorful. Well seasoned and balanced without that overbearing saltyness you find at most Mexican spots. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but the menu is all in Spanish and fairly limited, and the place is part of a slightly run-down strip. Brave these slight annoyances and you'll be rewarded with awesome food at a great price.

Great place for salsas picantes, nopales, ceviche, chiccharones de lonja, chiccarones casera and cola de buey. These are hands down the best tamales in town. My only complaint is that they always run out of the chilli cheese ones. The people here are helpful when I try my best to speak Spanish. I'm learning more and more about different meat names in Spanish. Some of the staff are friendlier than others but for the most part they are helpful and I look forward to coming here.
