After finding the chamber vacuum sealer option on YouTube from Shotgun Red's channel, I figured out it was supplied by Butcher Supply Company, Inc., in Nashville, Tennessee. I called them up, and they were very helpful on the phone and spent enough time to educate me on how to select the correct model for my needs, and then they offered me a great package deal. I feel very comfortable with this business relationship, going forward. Awesome support at BSC, Inc. 1 year later... The VP215 is an awesome machine, and it has transformed how my wife and I run our kitchen. We have no more food waste. The freezer is nicely filled with very appetizing cooked meals, fresh meat cuts, garden harvest, etc. Even herbs, blended into a slurry, then frozen in icecube trays, are perfectly preserved for soups and sauces when vacuum packed and deep-frozen. I have added photos showing how well items are packaged, which never get freezer burn. Also attached are photos of bag supply and the vacuum machine they sold and shipped to us.

I can't believe I didn't know about this place sooner. Very helpful staff and if you're looking for anything to do with meat processing from sausage spice mixes to commercial slicers and grinders, they have it.
