DerekI ordered half of a hog from here. Only the second time I had done this and the first was from a different butcher. The lady at Memphis said their hogs come from Woodland Farm so I knew I'd get good meat. Was surprised when this hog yielded 40 more lbs of meat than the first one did that I bought elsewhere. My order was ready 9 days after ordering compared to 3 weeks from the first place I got pork from.
