I was in town for a conference and after reading the reviews of EV's Deli I knew I had to get one of their breakfast burritos and it 100% lived up to it's hype. I don't know if I'll ever get back to Louisville but if I do, I know I'll be stopping in again.

I just realized I have not reviewed Ev's yet. OMG I don't know what he puts in the monster burritos. He says love, I think some kind of food crack. I love these burritos! I dream about them. I would have never have thought a bank would have a breakfast burrito better than any I've ever had. I laughed when a co-worker said let's go to Ev's it's in a bank. This is the best kept secret for breakfast! Well it was at one point, sometimes you have to wait a minute for your food but it's worth it. They guy runs a clean shop and he loves what he does. DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER!

Ev always cooks up an amazing breakfast. Order done right and his customer service can't be beat. My favorite is his monster burrito with all the fixings.

Best breakfast in the area hands down. Always fresh, always a great vibe. I come here all the time and I've never had anything that wasn't excellent. Staff is very friendly and they are all having fun working. Food is amazing and it's a real gem in Louisville.

Evs is my breakfast go to, hands down! Used to be my go to for burgers before the pandemic, he still caters lunches though. Its the type of place where you cant make a wrong decision on what to eat because everything tastes great!

Can I rate this guys food 10 stars? If I could, I would. If I didn't know any better, I'd say this guy created the breakfast burrito. Well ok, he may have not created it, but he definitely mastered it.
