When me and my son went in there my son had a list of about 10 books and found quite a few of them but it didn't have author's names so make sure you know the author's names to look him up faster there were 2 workers in there and they were very Helpful knew wherever most every book was that he had questions about and they were very polite

They didn't really have the books I was looking for, but it's not really their fault. Those of us who like occult and witchy books typically hold onto them, so it wasn't a big surprise. Their romance and history sections were great and had plenty of authors I'm crazy about. Great store!

I've come to this store many times since I bought my nearly 100yr old house in '19. I've bought windows, doors, vanities,plumbing supplies, light fixtures, toilets, wood, drawer guides,painting supplies, paint. I could go on & on, but you get my drift. Whether you need things for an old home or a newer one,I'd recommend checking out Restore first. More likely than not you'll save yourself alot of $. The store is clean, the staff is friendly & helpful!

First off, I really don't read that much however, this place was very cool. It was very quiet, huge selection of kids books, great pricing! There were a ton of section in the store that were clearly labeled. Really enjoyed myself. The only reasons I don't give it five stars was because none of the employees said a word to me the entire time I was there, I guess maybe I look mean though. Also there wasn't a huge selection of current books (specifically reference books, teach yourself type books, they still had a lot of them though). They did however have what seemed like a lot of new books still. Stop in and grab a book.

Book-A-Holic has always been a solid used bookstore. I've been shopping here since they opened, and I am impressed that they are not content to simply be a room full of romance paperbacks (no judgement if that's your thing.) It's a bookstore, not like the retail chain stores that are packed with everything other than books. I do wish they had more in the way of Role-playing books, but these are in high demand right now. I did notice they got in a haul of D&D books recently. I am happy they are in the neighborhood.

I've found many a treasure in this place, their non-fiction and reference section is grand and there are always bargains. In addition to this the staff really seem to understand a book-nerd's need for space: they simply tell you to ask if you need anything and then let you alone to browse the stacks in peace. Everything is well organized and the featured books on display are always enticing. I love that when I'm looking for a particular book I can call up and they willingly check all their stores for me. Check out the Black Friday Half off sale and the warehouse sale! Great finds for super cheap for the local bibliophile.

Grandma and I visited here today and the young man was intelligent, quick to help, and spent the necessary time with us. He was very attentive. I was impressed by his clean-cut appearance, the cleanliness and well-lit store, and the general organization and cleanliness of the place. Grandma found what she wanted, and I found something too. For a used (and new), book store, this place has a very large selection, nice areas to sit and peruse the books. It seems well run, and is organized nicely. I would always prefer a local business to a Barnes Noble type chain, so I come here first. I think they can order any book, new or used. They have periodic coupons in the Wichita Eagle too!

I'm a bargain shopper and I love the fact you can buy used books at a fraction of the price and most are still in very good condition. They may not always have what you are looking for but check back frequently as books are always being brought in. The employee there was friendly and helped me locate what I was looking for. I would highly recommend shopping for books here first.

In terms of selection, this Book-a-Holic seems have a lot more categories, but is overall geared towards "women" genres and children. There's a large selection of young adult, tween, and children's book. Lots of romance, mystery, and general fiction. A good, but not quite hearty, selection of fantasy and science fiction. The sections do need more labels, so if you're looking for something specific, you better know what author you're looking for. Even then, they seem to have separated the paperbacks from the hardcover and "high quality" books. I found Robert Jordan and his Wheel of Time series in three different places! So, overall, it can feel a bit disheveled, but you can tell they take good care of the store.

I love Book-A-Holic! If You read a lot and have books you are not going to keep forever. You can take them in for a credit or even sell them. Now they will pick threw the books so don't be surprised if the do not take everything because they will only take what they might need. On the credit you will only be able to use a percentage of it for your book purchases. It is not able to be used on everything. They have a little bit of everything and if they do not have it they will try to help you find it at one of the other stores. Don't forget their book a bag sells/warehouse sells! That is the best time to get books. Just you will have to dig/hunt to find what you want and usually more than you need.

Book-A-Holic offers great prices on books that won't break the bank. If your looking for good customer service, look no further. The staff are patient, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful people, with positive attitudes & good vibes. This location is not that big, (I'd say no bigger then your local convenience store) it's a small store, very cozy, quiet and open. It's the perfect place to do research, homework, studies or read a nice novel. Unfortunately, it's a small store. Thusly, they might not have the book (if you need a certain title) your looking for. Stress not fellow readers! Book-A-Holic staff can call other locations, to find the book you're asking for. Also, if you can't get to the location of the book, Book-A-Hocic staff can have books from other locations sent (at no cost to you) to a store you can get to. For the avid reader in a town with no barns-&-noble. Book-A-Holic is a fantastic, must visit. cozy little book store.

Wife drug me here, I'm not a fan of used book stores. We spent 30 minutes in the store while the disorganized employees tried to find a copy of The Art of War. I cant wait until someone creates a computer program that allows for an inventory system.
