Always a great place to get a book, to get a nice refreshing drink. a good place to do some research on your computer, there's always plenty of places to sit. you can check out and make sure that you like the book. you can enjoy a nice quiet space. There are very few places like this available anymore it's nice to still have some places to buy and enjoyed a quiet space to do some researcher or read.

Look. Here's the thing. COVID destroyed trust. It has nearly destroyed theatres, and book stores are on the way out. Anything a thousand people touch in a day,is not a good business model. Book stores like this are awesome. You get a coffee,pick a few magazines,skim thru. B&N is spotlessly clean. Associates are well mannered and polite. It's a safe haven to relax and unwind. This store is always a good lazy Sunday plan. Teach your children the power of reading books. They have an 83% chance of attending college thru scholarships,will communicate more intelligently to get higher paying jobs, or marry someone they are less likely to divorce . How can you go wrong by making a habit of taking your kids?

This is a well spaced out area, that never feels crowded. They even have vinyl albums, and a good dvd selection. We need to keep these brick and mortar bookstores around, or we will all be poorer.

I haven't been able to find the Gwendy's Button Box series by King/Chizmar at any other store and I finally found the 1st and 3rd ones here! I didn't realize the second one was only written by Chizmar and not both authors, and the employee Wendy helped me find where the 2nd book was and was extremely nice! Thanks Wendy!

Great place for some peace and quiet! Extremely large selections of reading materials for any genres you can imagine. Also have a nice coffee shop inside with Many areas to sit with tables. NOT crowded at all. I LOVE BARNES and NOBLE!

Clean and organized. What you would expect from a book store. Employees are always nice and helpful, but you have to seek them out and take a turn so if your in a hurry, have a cup of coffee and chill. They'll get to you. They are very good.

I love visiting Barnes & Noble. This location is consistent with the brand. There is an onsite Star Bucks. Shelves are stocked and associates are friendly and ready to assist. Parking shouldn't be an issue. There is accessible parking and entrance.

Know the subject you're searching for quick check out. Staff will allow you to stand at a table and review your books that you want to purchase. Keep in mind, there is no sitting area nor coffee bar open. Call befort going to ask about sitting area and if coffee bar is open if your thinking of books and coffee break. However, there is a sense of normal by shopping around for books, in addition nice interesting gift ideas for all ages.

I always love Barnes and nobles cuz I've been there since I was a kid. Living in the back off of rat carcasses and cheese. And hot chocolate. Just kidding but I love buying my son his anime books there and I got some tarot cards to color. There books that are on sale in the middle section are always really a big variety. Plus they have like a Starbucks in there now it used to be just like hot chocolate or whatever but now it's starbucks. Also tons and tons of journals

I love going to this store to just unwind, relax and look around at their inventory of books and merchandise. For a while there the cafe was closed and then no seating but not it's back to operating in full function which is nice. I like to sit down with a magazine and a coffee and burn a couple hours on a weekend if there's nothing better to do.

I haven’t been in this particular book store location on Happy Valley Norterra Shopping center. I went there with my mom to get a desk calendar. I didn’t get a chance to explore the store but I notice that this particular location is medium size I have been to the larger sized Barnes and Noble out of state in Florida. I do enjoy looking at books and I do like their selection of books and smell of coffee !!!

Great staff, very friendly. Newly remodeled to include more games/toys. The cafe staff are professional and consistent. This Barnes and noble is quite clean, bathrooms as well. Love coming here to grab a snack and browse. I’d also add that their customer service is great too. If they don’t have a book in stock they are fast about getting it.

You'll pay more than Amazon but your supporting that local business that you have the opportunity to walk in looking for item and walk out with it in your bag. No porch pirates a plus as well

Good collection of books, movies and magazines. Great employees with thorough knowledge in every section. A coffee shop is located inside the store. Very calm and quiet atmosphere appropriate for reading. The entire store is very neat and clean and everything is well stocked. They don't have a good collection of computer related technical books. They also have a nice collection of toys, puzzles etc.

It was hard not to give this location 5 stars because I love Barnes and Noble as most book lovers do but I dropped a star because the website listed a book as being 25% off but was not marked at the store therefore I paid full price. I could have ordered it online but wasn't willing to wait. It would be nice if the store and website could be on the same page. Same PAGE ..see what I did there!? Friendly staff and clean store, seemed busy yet not crowded.

This is one of my favorite Barnes & Nobles! Love the staff. Their selection is always full and never have me ordering or searching for other options. Cafe is always great as well especially since they have the Starbucks black iced tea! I found these fun cookbooks the last time I was there. Literally you will not get bored in this store. They have plenty of Funko pop toys and other collectibles. Check out their clearance as well, always fun things worth buying in there.

Easy to see from the road. Parking lot has plenty of wheelchair accessible parking and the entrance is also. They have a coffee shop inside which I love. The staff is very helpful and I feel really welcome shopping here. If you can't find the book your looking for they can usually order it. The staff is always able to help do this.

Welcoming environment with an inhouse Starbucks. The staff were very helpful in my search for a specific board game. They even signed me up for the Teachers B&N membership which save me 20% on my purchases. I will definitely return for some of the unique Harry Potter Memorabilia.

Love shopping for books here. Always find something new to read. This store has a very wide selection in just about every genre you can think of. Plus there is a Starbucks do you can grab a coffee while you browse books. They also carry some hard to find films and have a nice selection of criterion collection films.

Masks are required but there were customers without. I looked for two books that were published 2 years ago but didn't see them. Tired of high shipping cost and the USPS losing packages, we drove the hour south to this store. I ended up buying another book. So it wasn't a huge wasted trip.

They have a lot of my favorite manga, even undead unluck, which surprised me a lot. They also have some of the shonen jump volumes before they even officially release on the viz website. I would highly recommend buying manga here.

The store itself has good customer service. Several times I have forgotten titles that I was looking for and we play a "guessing game" until we figure it out. :) When they do not have something we want, they will order on the spot and the book will usually come in within a reasonable amount of time.

In the past few months they have reorganized this location. Everything is easy to find the books are in a more logical flow. The games and puzzles section seems much larger and if you are into Funko the selection here is massive with pricing that you expect on Amazon

This place for a book lover is just perfect. Great selection of books, although it can get overwhelming. The Starbucks cafe inside is a great addition, so you can stay long and read your new books. As a note, the Starbucks inside is manage by Barnes & Noble, meaning that if you have a Starbucks Rewards card, it will not work here.

It's Barnes and Noble, what can you say about it, it had the books I was looking for before my vacation, in stock, and if they didn't, I know I could have ordered online, it is Happy Valley Shopping center, so you will always find parking. Huge and uncluttered! If you can't find something of interest in this store it doesn't exist! 50% off daily calendars and I got my yearly Jeff Foxworthy years worth of laughs for about $7. If you buy your calendars after the Year is already started you might be a redneck!

Gundam?? DragonBall Z?? I need to visit more often. I haven't been for some time and now they're selling books in addition to piles of Harry Potter swag, toys, anime merchandise, fancy model kits (Transformers, Gundam, etc). Cheap dvds and cds, a coffee shop AND they have a horde of comics and manga? Just wow. The service varies between excited to help and kinda "meh" about being at work, but without exception they all were happy to help and could mostly help me find way more than I was prepared to find. Their markup makes stuff pricier than I like, but they accommodate that with obscene clearance tables. If they had a restaurant, I'd never leave. Anyplace if can snag My Hero Academia and Marvel Legends in the same building as coffee has my attention. If you haven't been here in awhile, take a look. You're bound to find something that'll surprise you.

Barnes and Noble has been my go to since I learned to read, and I have found every year I have received multiple gifts cards to the bookstore to expand my ever growing library. If there's a book published you're best bet is Barnes and Noble, even when it's not in stock I have always received my books in less than a week from ordering.

I love B&N in general, but besides this location, the closest is at Arrowhead, so this is great! Right off the I-17 & the Happy Valley Shopping Center is accessible from multiple roads & points, in case anyone is scared of those big roundabouts, like I am. Employees are super nice & helpful, & approach you if you look confused, like I was today, trying to find a magazine; they don't run away, like other store associates. W/ a Starbucks auth'd cafe inside, filled w/ sweets & savories, CD's, kid's section, & soft fluffy chairs.... Including free WiFi *(attwifi), this store is great for a breath while shopping. January is over basically, but they had puzzles on special, buy 1 get 1 50% off, so I snagged some great ones. The temp is nice & cool, no weird smells, clean carpeting, & fresh bathrooms...good to go!
