I so much adored visiting this shop. I was looking for a last minute birthday gift for my step daughter so I searched the internet for black owned boutiques shops on the east side and I found this shop. I called before I went only because I was way too excited to here that there was another book store on the east side. I called to make sure it was true. 😁 I wanted to purchase a pacific kind of item for my daughter’s birthday but the item wasn’t there and I was in a rush. The lady over the phone was warm and friendly. I thought that I would’ve had to shop somewhere else and try the book store some other time but nope, since the lady was ready to go up and above to accommodate me I had decided to go ahead and go to the book store. They lady who’d been on the phone with me had already let the store but there was another welcoming lady in her place. I am glad that I went to their book store since I brought my step daughter a few hand made gifts from a couple of locals vendors. Thank you very much to the ladies.
