I love this place, it takes a lot of self control not to buy everything I can.. They have so many different books and merchandise. I was surprised when they started expanding the manga section because I love manga and it's hard to find anywhere else. It's my all time favourite store because I love reading. And I'm glad that even though reading physical books is a dying median they are finding ways to keep the store going by selling merchandise.

5 Star is for barns and Noble- LOVE IT. But I couldn’t find the Starbucks store inside of Barns and Nobles- My husband ordered his drink and it was not what he asked for. We also got up charged for flavors we didn’t as for.

Great store. Large selection of stock, plus a great place for ordering books. Additionally, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Being able to get a Starbuck's Coffee and sitting at a table to peruse books is an afternoon's delight.

I absolutely love this store for my diverse choices in usual board and card games and they never disappoint. Definitely the place to go not just for books to read but a place to sit, relax, drink an amazing cappuccino and read whatever you want. It's truly a place to unplug from the noise of the outside world and just escape into another world through literature

Efficient and courteous service along with the standard fare of Starbucks. This is also a great place to go in-between meetings to collect your thoughts, catch up on emails, or just take a deep breath.

I love coming to this B&N! The staff is super nice, easy to find, and really help you find what you are looking for. The cafe is great and they serve a decent variety of food/pastries along with Starbucks coffee. Sometimes the coffee has a funny or burnt taste but it isn't often. Only downside is the cafe has only 2 different outlets for charging and it adds to how dated the store looks/functions.

Can't help but feel judgment from the workers when me and my friends come in with our service dogs, They glair and make faces. Makes it a very unfriendly environment. Besides that, nice place, it's clean & the coffee is awesome.

I purchased a couple books and a light thingy for my wife to podcast with. I read one of the books and started the other and the pages started were coming apart in the book. The representatives allowed me to swap it out and didn’t hassle me at all. Very good experience. I appreciate them. They made my day.

Love this place love all the books in general, unfortunately when your taking classes it can be hard to want to read any more than required so it can take the pleasure away from reading, although in my free time I love to read and I even love to read for school! So Barnes and noble is a great place for me. I always think the workers here are very nice the place is clean and the atmosphere makes me feel comfortable

It is a bit packed at times for seating. Tables can only accommodate for a beverage and a book max. Not suited for if you need to spread material for home work. The restrooms are not the cleanest to say the least. I expected more out of Barnes and Noble/ Starbucks.

Came here on my vacation and I just love the store no matter where it's at. The staff was super friendly found exactly what I wanted and got in and out in a timely fashion. Can't say too much of a timely fashion though because if you know you love books you're going to stay for a little bit longer.

Huge selection. Came here for kids gifts. Books are a bit expensive, I guess it helps if you have a membership as it saves you a certain percentage on purchases. But I spent 35 bucks on two kids books so a 25 dollar membership wasn't in my budget, but of you go there enough I'm sure it pays off. Very clean very organized and has good options for kids with learning disabilities and cognitive functions. I'm very satisfied with this store.

Excellent customer service. Wide range of products from audio books to coloring books, traditional to contemporary topics, and gifts for all ages. Only complaint is limited writing section - only had 2 registry books - neither a good choice. For what it's worth, they did have quill pens and parchment paper.

I enjoy going in Barnes & Noble. Bealls can sometimes be a little cluttered especially around the holidays. But they do have wonderful books and lots of specials. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about inventory and helping you find a book. I particularly like that they have places to sit and browse through books. The restrooms are clean and neat. And of course I love to sit and have a cup of coffee. Parking is plentiful.

Usually we are in and out for books. Today we browsed through the other store offerings. Did you know B&N has vinyl albums? A fair selection. The retro toys section was a little disappointing but then we found retro things scattered here and there in the regular toy area. This store is always clean and organized. The staff is helpful and courteous.

The young man (salesmen with the dreadlocks and beard) was very patient and extremely helpful on helping me select educational inspiring literature for my teenaged grandson. I regret that I did not get his name, but highly recommend that anyone that need help to seek him out. He was extremely senior citizen friendly and helpful.

Good to know there are still some bookstores out there. Hadn't been in one in years just because amazon killed the paperback store. I docked a stat because there was a huge kid zone that I wish was dedicated to other books. That might not be fair because I don't look at life through the lense of parenthood, but to me I would have liked to see more nonfiction.

Not really sure what to think of B&N. I love the atmosphere, love the clean feeling, they have a great variety of books but they never seem to have what I'm looking for. Maybe you guys should broaden the horizon for books that people come in looking for. I'm sure your workers give you some suggestions on the type of books customers come in looking for.

My girls ✊✊ Also, feel it is important to know that contrary to what other reviews are saying, this location does NOT have a Starbucks. They have a Barnes and Noble Cafe, which sells Starbucks products. You can't use your Starbucks app here, order ahead, or use a Starbucks giftcard. That is because starbucks just licenses them out to sell their brand. The cafe itself is run solely by Barnes and noble. Do not abuse the staff because you can't use your Starbucks card/app. They have no control over that. If you have a b&n membership and/or giftcard, congrats, you can use it anywhere in the store, including the aforementioned wonderful cafe.

Not too bad. They have a starbucks. It's usually inundated by local teens in the afternoon who are noisy, so beware. Other than that,they literally have 1 outlet to plug stuff in so make sure your gadgets are fully charged. The tables and chairs are in dire need of updating especially the stained upholstery. Once upon a time the actual book store had chairs to sit and read but alas those have been long gone. Otherwise the baristas are friendly and if you are studying for a while and want some protein Texas Roadhouse is in the same square.

Convenient Barnes and Nobel book store with reasonably sized cafe. Wide selection of pastries and coffees. Bookstore is easily accessible with ample parking unlike other Barnes and Nobel bookstores in the city.
