Have purchased with them before had 1 problem with a download spoke to a gentleman that resent the download only question he had was "You don't have an Apple Product?" No, I don't and didn't. He did resend it with no problems. I will be ordering soon and glad I had the opportunity to speak with an actual human being and didn't have to go through the automated run around.
