Michelle AlbertI'm so happy this bookstore opened in my neighborhood. It has a great selection of books and I could spend hours skimming the shelves for something new to read.
They also buy books, but are very particular about what they select. One thing I did love to see is a little Art Corner supporting local artists.
This is a great place if you're looking for a specific book or just looking to get lost in a bookstore. Highly recommend!

After visiting the relatively new Las Vegas Books for the first time last week, I feel like I can finally move on. Nice staff, great selection, easy ride over from the Strip (for the tourist). Logan FuryThis is a beautiful new bookstore with a great selection and amazing low prices. They offer traditional bookstore services with a modern computerized stock database. You can make a wish list of titles and get notified when they are available, order specific printings of titles, or order any new book they don't currently carry. The staff are wonderfully friendly. I had a great shopping experience.
Ari MorrisA relatively new used-book store to the greater Las Vegas area, Las Vegas Books fills a void left by the loss of many great bookstores over the last decade.
They are conveniently located at the crossroads of two major intersections in a relatively well populated and safe plaza. Parking is abundant and the store easy to locate in the larger building.
Inside, at the time of this post, the store is still undergoing "construction" as the owners and employees work restlessly to digitize their inventory and arrange their shelves. While a bit chaotic looking at first glance, the selection of books is great for the size of the store and the organization far superior to the initial appearances.
The owners are sweet folks with a passion and vision for used books, they are polite and honest, offering assistance and fair pricing. One pleasant surprise was seeing a veteran employee of a now-closed book store who has joined the Las Vegas Books team, further strengthening their position.
This is absolutely a new favorite and a wonderful addition to the neighborhood for bibliophiles.

This place is great, well stocked, varied, and growing. I had a very present conversation with the owner for about a half hour. Neat people; neat bookstore!
Ken SitzOn a month long unplanned stay in Las Vegas, this place turned out to be a wonderful oasis. Eclectic selection and good prices, I'd managed 3 visits and almost a 4th before returning homeward. Highly recommended for interesting selection, fair prices and great staff.
