I have visited the store twice now and I absolutely love the variety of Catholic products in this store. They have so many rosaries, prayer cards, books... you name it! I love that! My first visit I was immediately greeted by an employee who was so nice and asked if I needed assistance. She had such a positive and peaceful energy about her which was fitting for a christian store. Unfortunately, my second visit was not as pleasant with one particular woman working there that day. I was right next to a her for a long time looking for something and not once did she greet or ask if I needed assistance as she seemed lazer focused on what she was doing. Whenever I would ask for help, I can tell she was less than thrilled to be interrupted and almost seemed annoyed by it. If everyone carried that positive attitude/demeanor (because it's a christian store after all) I got from that one employee that day I would've given 5 stars for sure!

First time here, it have an assortment of religious items. I was looking for advent candles to put on my advent wreath and they have them. In addition, an assortment of mengers big and small. The only thing I didn't like is the location is on San Jacinto st downtown a busy street with traffic and the parking lot is small. Other than that if need religious items this is the place to shop.

On April 25, 2021, I had to go into the store for garments for an Elevation Ceremony that's coming up. I spoke with Ms Elsie the day before and told her what I was needing and that I was stuck in traffic trying to get there. There store closes at 5:30 and I was still about 15 to 20 minutes away. Ms Elsie told me that she would hold the garments for me until the next day and for me not to worry. When I got there the next day she helped me to get fitted with the proper size and checked me out and I was on my way. I truly appreciate Ms Elsie for helping me. She made everything flow so smoothly and I am grateful. Not only did I leave the store with the proper garments, but I also left with a new friend. Love this place. My family and I have been shopping here for well over a decade. Friendly staff, great selections, and affordable pricing. Contrary to public though, this store caters to virtually all Christian religions and if you don't find they product you are looking for they can do custom orders directly from the manufacturer. Don't be put off by the exterior appearance - you have to maintain a low profile in downtown when carrying valuable products.

This was a great & welcome visit. My son needed garments as Altar Server. Jose was patient and diligent locating the right size - not too tight. He called the church to verify if the surplice had a plain bottom. This assured us we were making the correct purchase. Recommendations for a large hangar & garment bag were much appreciated. This is a catholic book store with a wide selection. If they don't have it, they can prob order it for you. Amazing staff and good place to find almost you need( books, jewelry, CDs, etc). It's kinda tricky to get to due to the current construction ok I-45, but dont let that keep you from visiting. :)
