Chelsea JiangAll books are donated and the profit goes to the libraries. The price varies from $1-3 for the books, but the selection is kinda average imo. Was there for art books and didn't find anything interesting. It has a pretty sizeable vinyl and CD section as well, but I didn't look into it.
Lori-Anne FayThe Staff and Volunteers work very hard to create and oversee this amazing gem of a Bookstore. It's easily organized and we'll stocked. I highly recommend relaxing, browsing, and collecting! You never get over the love of books.
Tomomi NakashimaThey moved to this new location a couple months ago. Now all books are on the bookshelf, which is really helpful for us to browse. Today I found this book by Penguin Books in the vintage books section. Up to the certain time, their paper books were sewn. Not many people pay attention, but sewn books tend to keep its function much longer. It is rare to find them these days. Mahalo Village Books! And Mahalo Penguin Books!!
Ted ZiegenbuschTons of used books. Many were donated by local libraries that no longer needed multiple copies. Also lots of donations from personal collections. I could not find the "Games" section for books about chess, checkers, paper gamed and gambling. Maybe next time. This is a very welcomed store after the loss of the longtime store named Sedona.

JUsed books, amazing prices, and super friendly staff…can acquiring knowledge and art get better than that?
The whole Friends of the Library staff is made up of the friendliest and most knowledgeable people around. If you want to talk books, music, film, art, or anything else, they are more than willing.
On top of the friendly atmosphere, you can walk out with 40 years of knowledge from books for under $10. This truly is the Information Age.

Gerald QuintanaWent yesterday to their present locale ( the former Pier One Imports). The gracious lady at the front door and the Super helpful volunteer guy who was helping me get two posters off the wall for me to add to my little bundle of art books I rescued. Going back again. Lots of sections I did not explore. I am attaching a photo of one of my rescues, " Karsh"and a giant colorful poster.

y e v -There is a wide variety of used books, CDs, DVDs, and LPs, and they are well organized and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly too. The friend I went with got it for about $5 for two DVDs.
