Really enjoy this game store. Small but surprisingly large selection - just enough to not be overwhelming but enough to where you feel like you had a good amount of choice if your looking for a new game. Staff is really nice and will answer any questions you have, and the membership is something my husband and I are seriously considering. We recently moved to the area and this will be a regular stop for us, for sure.

Best place in Grand Rapids for your board game needs. The owners are super helpful and also just fun to chat with. The membership program is really great for trying games that you might want to buy. Their selection of games is excellent.

A broad selection of games to choose from, a very clean and organized space, and incredibly helpful and pleasant staff. We went in unsure of what exactly we wanted but within minutes we were offered help and given multiple recommendations. I highly recommend checking them out if you're prepping for your next game night.

Great selection of games from classic favorites to items a little off the beaten path. Games for all ages and tastes. They have a nice area with tables and beverages/snacks if you want to play with some friends, and don't feel like cleaning off your own table. Staff is very knowledgeable of the different things they sell. Can't wait to go back and see what else I can find.

Membership program for overnight game rentals, free in-store play, events. Members can also sell thier used games on consignment. All the big titles for reasonable prices... as far as brick and mortar stores go. Welcoming and friendly!

Great selection. Friendly shopkeepers. A perfect walk from the farmers market, A bit pricier than online, But, worth it to physically browse hundreds of games and feel the weight and quality before buying, and walking out with a game to play as soon as you get home. The back of the store has shelves of pre-owned games people can rent and try out... I opened a few, to see the quality, before buying a new version. I was told about this place by a treerunner.. and I'm glad I checked it out.

Lovely place! Staff are nice and welcoming Good deals on magic cards! I bought 6 of their 3 for 5 dollar blue bridge magic card packs where you have a chance to pull a sticker they place on the card to win a random magic the gathering themed item and I won 2 midnight hunt collectors packs! A bargain considering I spend 11 bucks on cards and got 40 dollars worth of cards! But it gets better! I pulled from one of the collectors a holo The Meathook Massacre which sells for 100+ USD! I can't recommend this place more! Especially if you want good deals on magic cards

Great place for games and puzzles! Wide selection of items and I rarely leave empty handed. The owners are some of the nicest people, and you can tell they have a passion for what they do. They are extremely knowledgeable and have good recommendations if you need one. I love supporting this local business and seeing all of the new items each time I come in.

I came in looking for a copy of Everdell and was able to find it within only a couple minutes. The store is set up really well and I probably could have spent hours just looking through all the different board games they have. From the different board game / comic stores that I have visited in GR, this one definitely has the best selection of board games. I'll have to come back some time!

This family owned business at Fulton and Diamond is a welcome addition to the neighborhood! Blue Bridge is a great place (within walking distance) to find a new game or share an old favorite with friends and strangers alike. The owners, Margaret and Ken, are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful to their customers. More than once I have felt like they went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. I would highly recommend checking them out and supporting them with your business. You might be able to save a few cents if you give your business to an big online monopoly, but between the customer service and hospitality you receive at Blue Bridge, the choice is obvious. I always find something I'm looking for when I go in (even if I didn't know I was looking for it before I arrived) and it feels great to support a local business that is so clearly a passion project for the owners.

Best game shop in town. The owners are wonderful people who'll get to know you. In non covid times, you can rent and play games in the back of the store so you can try before you buy. Big selection of DnD texts and dice. They also offer a lot of wonderful events for members like game nights, rpg sessions, special sales, game maker clubs. Would totally reccomend becoming a member if you love any sort of table top games

So nice to have a dedicated game store in town! Very well curated selection caters to many tastes - if you're new to the hobby, or if you're looking for the latest greatest thing you'll find it here - and owners that are passionate and know their stuff. There's also a great play space in the back, with a very good library of titles to play in store. If you're looking for something other than the bar scene and find coffee shops dull, this is a great place to bring some friends for a fun night out!

This is THE place to find boardgames in Grand Rapids. This is an easy 5-star rating to make. This is an excellent shop for everyone from the casual to cultivated board gamer. The retail selection is impressive, and expands within what appears to be a modest storefront. Plenty of tables in the shop and with just $5, you can play as many games as you wish from a large library of games for the entire day. Many of the games in the library are also for sale new, so if you don't like one particular game, put it away; if you do like it, consider buying. Come and go as you please, and the $5 still gets you all-day access. The staff had GREAT suggestions for lunch ideas nearby, and a watering hole two doors down also had excellent and reasonably priced potent potables. My wife an I spent a couple hours here this weekend, and enjoyed playing games and chatting up the friendly owners. Stop in some time just for your curiosity's sake; you'll end up lingering because of how well you are treated.

A great game store, the owners are great people. And always willing to recommend good games. They always have a great selection of fairly priced and graded mtg singles as well. Their is a nice area in the rear of the store to play some of the Ganges before you buy them as well.

This is a great new game store in Grand Rapids that is focused more on the board games and less on card games -- which is a welcome change from the standard magic the gathering dominated stores. They offer rent-to-buy games, and a small library to borrow from with a membership plan. If this game store can get itself established with a core group of purchasers and members, it will last a long time. You can really tell the owners care about it. The place itself is fun, and will maintained, clean, and nearby to some good restaurants!

Great game selection however not so great if you have any children with you. I have been in many a game store where my kids were not a problem but not this one. I can't get out often without at least one kid until after 8 or 9 pm and most game stores are closed at that time so it's hard to avoid bringing them. Plus, they will be playing the games as well so its nice to have them there to check them out.

Wow. I was just delighted from the moment I stepped in the store to the moment I left. The atmosphere is cheery and playful: excellent selection of all types of games for casual to dedicated gamers, very well organized so games are easy to find, and wooden tables and chairs in the back to play games from their library (affordable snacks, too!) The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 will go again.

Had a great afternoon with friends. They had an incredible library of games to choose from. The space was charming and the staff is friendly and helpful. It might be the best value in Grand Rapids and the perfect rainy day activity. Also they had a great dice selection.

This is a fantastic store that has always had a game I was looking for. Best part is they don't price gouge. I've found games that were the same as Amazon and even a few times cheaper than Amazon. A fantastic store. Local and committed to positive consumer experiences. I participated in a DnD session a guy hosted there. I had to pay admission to go, because I wasent a member, but it is totally worth it. Most recently, they held a copy of Watergate for me. Just messaged them to see if they had it, they said they had some coming in soon. Same day when the order came, they notified me and I went over and picked it up. They love games and the community and are looking at ways to bring them together.

They also have a nice play space with the only downside being parking, but with where they are located it is not surprising.

Blue Bridge Games is a treasure. The staff are amazing, the selection can appeal to anyone, and they also have play spaces and games to rent (when there isn't an active pandemic). I cannot recommend this place enough. I often find fun things in the used games as well.
