I had a great experience here on Saturday. The store looked more spacious towards the entrance area after they moved the rotating display cases to the left of the store. The store was well organized and the staff were respectful and attentative at checkout.

Definitely the best place to shop for popular, niche, and recent manga releases. They almost always have exactly what I'm looking for or they redirect me to their website so I can order it online. Their membership program is also quite convenient if you know you're going to come here often to buy your manga and/or specialty books.

The staff is always super helpful and the library of books they have both online and in person are expansive. Also have other merchandise like stuffed animals, pens, bookmarks, etc.

I love that they have BAM in Chicago Ridge. They always have the best deals for books! Into The Water is usually $20, but I got it for $5, very good deal!! The staff is caring, fast and keep the place clean even on weekends too.

It's nice to have a bookstore in the mall. Nice selection of children's books. I wish the aisles weren't so narrow. Not quite enough room to browse. I was looking for a specific book. They didn't have it. Instead of helping me order it I was told to come back next year. I was told they might have it in a few months.

Love Books-A-Million! They have a BUNCH of Manga books, which are my favorite kind of books. Also have a good selection of board games and Funko Pops! Good place if you like reading mostly any kind of book!

This book store has alot to offer collectors. They have a vast selection of Amime and manga and collections of other things organized together . They had alot of games also. I enjoyed looking about the various products they carried. Always buy something when I stop.

Has a really nice selection of manga. Prices are just ok. But I feel there needs to be some more organization as some books and things are put under tables so you would never know they exist.

This book store is great, and somehow despite being MUCH smaller than Barnes and Nobles, seems to carry titles that I would have to order online anywhere else. A good variety of popular, niche, foreign and classics all in one very well organized shop

Nice Store but when I places an online order it said the product was in stock. After submited the order and paid for it. I received an email 3 hours later saying the books were actually out of stock and they had made a mistake I had to wait 7 to 10 business days for the money to go back to my account

I can't see why ppl like this place, day time service and food is great, however after 6:00 p.m. you can forget it. Orders are not right and don't ask them to fix it cause it only gets worse. Eat early there, you'll enjoy the food and service better.

I love the place just too look around the books they have are so good and they have little action figures, everyone when I go to the mall I go here the books can be mangas, scare, action, plus they have really good authors there.
