Beautiful place, beautiful layout. I respect a well-run local game store. These dudes clearly know what they're doing. My s/o and I were visiting from CT and we stopped by. Chatted with one of the managers for about an hour. Marveled at the absolutely lovely minis showcase. Many of the minis were painted by community members in a 24 hour charity stream. Will be telling all of my local friends to stop by if they are in VT. Keep up the good work, we love to see it 💛

Charming tabletop shop with room to play and a decent selection of Warhammer 40k items (which is what I play and looked at). Very friendly staff and was great to see folks playing. I highly recommend stopping by. For reference, I was on vacation and was delighted to see this store on Church Street. If I visit again, I'll have to bring my Necrons army and find someone to play. Also, they had some gorgeously painted models there, some of which are attached on this review.

The first place I played MTG during college. Great, kind, and knowledgeable staff, their shift has seemed towards Warhammer and other tabletop RPG's over the years, but I still support their business by buying packs every so often and knowing players who go there frequently. They also have a large selection of board games, paints, and other accessories for most kind of tabletop gaming.

Tons of choices, great dice selection. Solid selections in multiple gaming areas (Magic, TTRPG, Warhammer, Minis). The playspace across the hall is also huge and has lots of table. Great location on the main marketplace of Burlington.

Great store. I get all of my Dungeons and Dragons supplies from Quarterstaff. Plenty of dice to choose from, a large book selection, and a bunch of minis, both painted and unpainted!

The staff there are amazing and they had a few hard to find board games and very new up to date stuff and even took down my number to call me when the new stuff comes out! Very awesome and my new home for board games.

I grew up playing games here, still my favorite spot to play and shop for games in BTV. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly, highly recommend! Especially for Commander players, Qstaffs FNMs are the place to be

This is a great store. Very knowledgeable staff, and very friendly. It's definitely worth a trip in just for the store merchandise, but the real highlight is the gamer's space. They maintain a very high code of conduct, and take it seriously. I've had several (elementary school aged) students attend gaming sessions there, and they have all had excellent experiences. Some have gone in to trade magic cards and, rather than taking advantage of the inexperience, the older gamers have advised them on how to fairly evaluate trades. As a teacher, I often recommend this place to parents, and everyone I have sent has had a similar, positive experience.

Cool shop, nice staff and big mtg players. Wish there was more modern or standard play instead of just edh but they even have a singles person come and sell on Fridays and carry other games too. Got to check out a Warhammer board for the first time and they showed me how they made and painted it all. Worth checking out to get your fantasy kick

Great to see a game store so involved with the community. They host a wide variety of game nights. Staff have been friendly in my experience, and always willing to answer questions. The sort of LGS that you hope to have in town. As a strictly tabletop player, I do wish their miniature selection was a little better, but certainly nothing to lose a star over.

Great selection. Knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Gaming and demo area. Daily events. I was planning a surprise D&D game for my husbands birthday, and had no idea what I was doing. I got superior guidance from Jason, and he even put me in touch with the go-to DM in the area for special events. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

A large gaming area for free play, tournaments and events accompany a broad assortment of board games, miniatures and card games. This store is always looking to welcome new gamers and support the existing community. Worth buying local instead of Amazon.

They have a great selection of board games for all ages, and have plenty of miniatures and model kits for Warhammer 40k, Gundam, and more. They also have game nights every week. A great place to check out, whether you're just visiting Burlington or live there.

Quarter staff has been serving Burlington as a game store for a very long time and it shows in the staff's knowledge. They carry a large variety of Magic singles and have a very good board game selection. They also carry a wide variety of miniatures (40K, Warhammer, Legion, etc.). They have open gaming space across the hall.

Quarterstaff is the one-stop shop for gaming. Whenever I need a magic pack, to sneak a game in after work, or want to look for new games to play this is where I go! They have leagues on occasion that are always a good time. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I haven't had a bad experience yet!

One of the best FLGs I have ever been to! Super friendly staff, nice collection and love the old fashion wooden smell! Better than all the competition around. (even though there isn’t really even a whole lot in Vermont)

The premier gaming store for the Burlington metro area, they've cornerer the market with their friendly staff, well organized shop, and a deep dedication to inclusiveness that really reflects the diversity of Burlington on the whole. The only real complaint one could have is that their supplies run low at times. But that's simply because of the mass foot traffic and popularity of the store itself. Whether it's Warhammer 40K or MtG, Dungeons and Dragons or Star Wars, they will have what you need.

Fantastic store. Best in Vermont by far, especially for Magic the Gathering and Miniatures. Great employees (hilarious people), and a great competitive atmospheres for gamers. FNM's generally see 20-25 people, and wednesday night booster drafts generally see upwards of 20 people as well. Prerelease's see around 200 over the course of a weekend. Really fun, great items for sale. Right on Church Street, too.

The premiere Favorite Local Game Store (FLGS) in Burlington, right on Church Street. Competitive prices (especially if you join the membership), and a well-stocked, frequently rotating selection of fresh games, Magic, Star Wars games, etc. Also, Warhammer supplies, etc. Highly recommended -- and don't forget the comic book shop downstairs. Nightly gaming events are also a big draw. Parking is available around Church Street -- free in the lot on Bank Street on Sundays & Holidays (Burlington is like that!). Highly recommended!
