I had a great experience renting one of the e-bikes over the weekend. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They make sure you pick the right one for the trip. They also provide an awesome test drive which is super helpful. I recommend you check out this place if you are serious about picking a nice & cool bike!

This shop is the absolute amazing & saved the day!! Greg fixed my rear wheel/tube/tire & talked me through the entire fix to ensure it’s the way I wanted go!!’ I will be back here when I’m ready for an electric bike in a couple more years.

Great place to rent an E bike, Peter K. Is very friendly. The bikes are much better than the rest of rentals in NYC, and the bike path is a few feet away. And when you are done riding, there is cerveza next door. Can’t get any better. Ride safe...

I feel so lucky that I found Pedego Harlem! My bike (unfortunately not a Pedego bike) was making some strange noises, and not being from New York, it was difficult for me to find a shop that could fix electric bikes… I finally found Pedego Harlem, where they can assist/fix bikes from different brands… And they were AMAZING!! The mechanic was able to fix the problem (breaks system), in less than one hour. He was so nice and professional, explaining me every detail and helping me how to understand more about my own bike and how to avoid other problems…while I was waiting for my bike I decided to buy few accessories and Miguel (I guess is the sales manager) was exceptionally polite and attentive. I was really delighted with such great experience,. It is really rare to find such great team of professionals, such excellent customer service!… I totally recommend this shop! Thank you!

These guys are the best! Helpful , courteous, pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. You get it all here. They put a bike together in the morning so I could test that afternoon. I worked with sales people all my.life but never had a better experience than with Miguel. Even after business was done I could have talked with these guys for hours. Service could not be better. Greg was also a great help. Although a 2 hr ride from Stanfordville I would not go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

The guys at Pedego Harlem are the best. The mechanics are super friendly and knowledgeable about regular bikes and electric bikes. Plus, they do bike tours and rentals. I'll definitely be recommending them for when friends and family come to visit.

I had a great experience at the shop. I've already taken my Magnum ebike to two shops and got terrible service/results. The team at Pedego was super attentive and helpful. They answered all of my questions (and also some I didn't ask). Miguel was very responsive, listening to my every concern including vague one like "it's making a clickity sound". I had to leave my bike there until they got the part. They communicated with me well and were transparent about the timeline. They gave me an estimate and didn't veer from it. All of the issues I brought up, including the clickity sound, were resolved when I picked up my bike. It was a real pleasure working with them.

Super friendly owner and staff. I had low tire pressure on my mountain bike and didn't want to damage my rims. The owner was happy to lend me his pump even though they're in the middle of renovating and building the shop. Local bike shops are the best!

Pedego came thru for me in the clutch. I unexpectedly had a flat on my VanMoof eBike. They repaired it in no time and I was on my way. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Plus they have great bikes for sale and rental too.

Greg the mechanic and the two other gents there were friendly and efficient when my radrunner ebike was having an issue with the chain tensioner. Greg was quickly able to diagnose the issue and with them being so friendly, it made the waiting time go by super quick for an already quick repair. I know enough about bikes to judge when I hear honest advice, and I can vouch for their mechanic being accurate, honest, and perfectly knowledgeable. This will be my go to shop for all future ebike issues.

Super friendly guides. The e-bikes make the tour accessible and when the unexpected hills in Central Park show up you’ll be happy for the assist (or be a pro-star and don’t use the battery assist).
