Bought my first Liv road bike after over a decade of hybrid bike life. Luigi and Wendy were helpful, great at answering questions, and talked with me about the bike like I was a person with a brain—not something a lot of bike shops do with women cyclists. I felt respected and heard. They made sure the bike was tuned and ready, and it was overall a great shopping experience! Very happy to support them and their small business—and very happy to have cycled around Manhattan on my first long trip out with these new wheels.

The service is excellent and fast. Prices of their bikes, parts, accessories and service are competitive and even lower. The owner and the mechanics are accommodating and answers your questions respectfully. They will fix you bike right and sometimes gratis if minor enough. Unbelievable! They are never rude like other big bike shops in the area. I highly recommend this shop. The best! Thank you CrankWorks Cycles.

I first found out about this shop because I went to another bike shop in that area called 9W. I don't know whether it was because I was bringing a bike to them that I didn't purchase there or whether the general attitude at 9W was simply horrible, but I can't remember feeling more frustrated and disrespected. I remember the way I felt leaving 9W. I googled another bike shop near there and stumbled upon CrankWorks. Immediately, and even though the worker was busy, I felt welcomed and he assisted me.. He made all of the anger, frustration, feelings of disrespect dissipate! These guys are truly businessmen! I've brought bikes to them thinking that I had a more expensive problem, and although they could've easily taken advantage of me, they did not. And although I am a novice, they never make me feel as though I don't belong. Coming to them is like coming to a family member for assistance (the family member you like). They have my undying loyalty. And although there are bike shops much closer to me, I will continue to take that ride over the Tappan Zee, pay that toll to continue to patronize CrankWorks!

Awesome! Thank you Wendy for fixing my bike on a pit stop. I cannot believe it, but I actually broke my drive side Shimano Ultegra crank arm 35 miles out of home on NYC. Wendy had just the right one in stock and put it right on my bike in 10 minutes. Awesome experience, great price, and saved my ride! Thank you for keeping me safe!

Since the minute I first called the shop wendy was very helpful through out my entire experience with him. I called the shop and ordered the 2020 giant yukon 2. Few days later I went to go pick it up and I was impressed on how big the bike was. He also helped me with my purchase of giant pedals and giant saddle. Great shop ! Wendy probably saved me from a bad crash when i came to change break pads that were wearing off unevenly and on the spot he saw the i broke my front wheel at my breaking surface. also great selection and prices !
