Daniela Sanchez-WolfI had an AMAZING shopping experience at Real Bikes in Venice, the customer service was superb!!!! It was my first time buying a bike - Scott was super patient - showing me all the different types of bikes I could consider, explaining all the differences of each one, letting me test them without a rush, informing me how it works when you buy from them in terms of maintenance and service. Extremely pleased with my overall experience. That same day I had gone to the 2 main bike shops in Sarasota and the service here was night and day! I’m glad I decided to look for a bike shop outside of Sarasota and with a quick google search came across Real Bikes. I was VERY surprised with their fair prices. Give them a try! Thank you Scott!

Im so thankful I found Real Bikes. Steve at Real Bikes took my wife's beach cruiser and immediately took it for a test drive and diagnosed the noises and issues immediately. He didn't make me leave it for several days. He changed the bearings right in front of me and showed me how the old ones were worn out.
Everyone I encountered was friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable. They have expert mechanics with decades of experience and do not rush you out. The mechanics take their time and appear to have their heart in their work.

jerry tesarHi. Had a 9:30 fri morning apt. So I went Wed.two days early at noon. Walked in with the bike and they directed me to the back repair area. Adjusted the new chain and put a new sprocket on. In and out fast. Very professional, friendly, and the price was right. Very impressed with the whole operation.
Scott HReal Bikes is the real deal, Carl’s team is friendly, informative and professional. I spent a lot of money on a Specialized E-MTB which they put together for me expertly with care. Even when my ebike computer diagnostic informed me of an issue Carl handled it himself in minutes. They will always have my business and my loyalty and I can’t thank them enough!
Robert GilmoreAbsolutely impressed with the service department here. I was only in town for a few days and in desperate need for some emergency repairs after a pretty good crash. Not only did they do the full service in less than a day but I feel like my bike runs like it is brand new again. I definitely recommend this shop to any cyclists.
