Awesome! Had a flat on my eahora xc100. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Super glad I didn't diy (it would have been a disastrous mess lol) I am happy to support a local shop who does it professionally. They were very kind and answered all my questions. If you have ANY bike issue you should go here. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Very clean and pristine store as well. I was literally having a flat-out panic attack yesterday until my friend who sold me the bike told me "just go to conte's!!" ( and he has only lived in state for barely a year I've been here since 96 lol) Definitely my new go-to. Very reasonable prices,l and, you definitely get what you pay for and then some. So glad I found this gem! (Picture below is my back flat tire fixed from a piece of metal the gentleman who fixed it showed me punctured it!) Yay no more flat I can go to work in peace lol. Amazon would have been MORE exspensive by myself (and messed it up) probablly would've ended up going here anyways. Let the professionals handle it & support your local Conte's in East Boca Raton! I just bought a new road bike from the Conte's Boca location. Jeff and the rest of the team at Conte's was awesome! Their Retul computer crashed right before I had my fit scheduled and they were very accommodating to work with me and see if the bike that was coming in would be a good fit. We did a mechanical fit to check and then when the Retul was repaired, they did the full precision fit and the bike was perfect! This is a very professional shop and they know what they are doing and will make sure you get the right bike for your riding goals. Highly recommend Conte's - Boca or Boynton, both top notch! Update 8/3/22: I just completed a 7-day, 500+ mile ride on my new BMC Roadmachine I purchased from Conte's and the bike could not have performed any better! The fit was perfect and the ride was so comfortable for the entire week! Exceeded my expectations!

The quality of my minor bike repair was excellent, and the pricing reasonable, but that's not the only reason for the 5 star rating. Just before the Christmas holiday, I lost a spoke, and I was also in need of an annual tune up. I fully understand what a busy time of the year this is for a bike store in an area popular for the holidays. The bike store that I have patronized several times this year told me I had to wait until a date after the first of the year.I'd asked about fixing just the spoke, since I was a prior customer, and was told no but maybe I should call their sister store.For clarity, when I am referring to my prior bike store, it isn't the bike store in NJ that I have previously reviewed. Initially, Conte's had the same response, and then, with sensitivity that I would be without a bike for several weeks, offered, without me making the request, to fix the spoke that day and schedule the tune up for after the first of the year. You need not guess which bike store will be my "go to" and which is now my second phone call. And that's not with any lack of understanding of how busy the other store was, or any reflection on the fine service they provide and had provided in the past. But a spoke does take a professional just 10 minutes or so.

During the busiest time period last year when everyone was wanting to buy a bike or get theirs serviced, I had a brake lever break and Conte's was nice enough to rush and fix it. To no fault of theirs, one brake was defective and another failed 8 months later. The manager and his son both have great customer service attitudes and were very understanding- wanting to fix the problem. Big fan of the attitude these people take with "no missed rides" and how they'll do anything to help people get back to riding as quickly as possible. After the second brake developed problems, the manager brought up the idea of upgrading to an XD brake which not only solved the problem perfectly, but will realistically keep me running for a very long time. Without even asking, the team offered a 50% discount on the part for the hassle which was very appreciated. I'll keep coming back here for all my bike needs.

Helps with whatever questions I have, takes my bike in for service the beginning of the day and I get it back early afternoon. The whole staff is there is incredible. I couldn't ask for a better bike shop to have become apart of their culture. This place is a must. Updated review as of 2/16/2021 I recently just went in to get my Specialized tarmac precision fitted by Stephan and wow is all I can say. What a true knowledgeable professional. He is top notch at what he does. Truly incredible. I was having riding pains and feeling like I was not truly being efficient enough on the bike and he had all that fixed in a matter of time. Broke a spoke on my Specialized Sirrus 6.0 that I had bought in April from another Conte’s store. They repaired it while I waited. I am used to leaving and then coming back in a few days with other shops. Jeff gave me advice on how to convert to tubeless. I will return in a few days to get special rim tape that they ordered. I have always worked on my own bikes. I have a 21 year old Specialized Expedition with probably 30,000 miles on it. From the care that they took, I could tell that they were Pros. They will be my “go to” bike shop from now on!

I went to Contes today with a Schwinn E Bike that I did not purchase from them. I was waited on in less then 1 minute. I told them that there is a clicking sound coming from the bike when I ride it. The tech came out side test rode it told me to bring it inside and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes. He told me no charge for the repair. He would not even accept a tip from me. I have never purchased anything from Contes but I will now.

I shipped my road bike from Vermont to Florida before leaving. JT accommodated me by hold my bike for six weeks, without charge. They did a great job in servicing my bike before my return.

I have had EXCELLENT experiences here. I just recently purchased a Cannondale road racing bike here. Michael and Johann both took excellent care in helping me out. Michael took all the time I needed and was very patient in measuring me up and answering all of the questions I had. Johann got the whole bike together for me and I would definitely return. In fact, About two weeks after I purchased the bike, I had a small issue with the seat and gave them a call.. With no hesitation they told me to bring it right by. I did. I truly do not understand the reviews that are less than a five star. Mario and his entire team bend over backwards to give the best customer service one could possibly want. I also noticed inventory was sparse but that is because they keep selling out of it as a result of being a top servicing store. I have come to the store since they have been open and they get 100% of my business as I want to support my local retailers. No reason to go anywhere else!

My daughters bike had a flat tire. I called Conte’s and spoke to johan, he told me to come in for the repair. I was there 20 min later and greeted by a very friendly staff member. 15 min later the bike was fixed with a new tire and inner tube for under $30. Very Friendly staff, honest, and customer oriented. I will certainly be going back here for any bike related needs in the future.

Will take my business elsewhere next time. Walked into their store this morning at 11:02am, as they open at 11am. I had the intention of buying a child bike seat for my bike. I also was considering purchasing a new bike, if I saw something I liked. When we walked into the store, there were three gentlemen working and one of them yelled out begrudgingly “oh my god, there are customers here already!!!” and then mumbled something under his breath. It seems hours of operation are with the intent of customers coming into the store, but I could be wrong. We immediately felt unwelcome and turned off. One of the other men approached us and assisted us in finding the seat. However, their bike inventory was completely sparse! Literally all of their shelves were empty. Overall our experience was with three people who seemed to not want us there. Since you all are very Conte, we’ll take our business elsewhere next time!

I bought a used bike at this shop. The clerk cleaned it up and transferred my basket from my old bike. The beat up used bike looked like new when he was done. I was waited on promptly and given the same treatment as people buying thousand dollar bikes. I am very happy and I will never go any where else for a bike. I had to go back when my inner tube popped. My bike was immediately taken in and fixed on the spot, in about 10 minutes. Excellent service.

I would like to recommend Conte's Bike Shop (not only the Boca Raton location but also the Boynton Beach one). I went to the Boynton store looking to buy a bike and was helped by Amrit Lidder who was amazing, he gave me recommendations and never felt pressured to buy. He ordered everything I was going to need to start my cycling journey. My bike arrived at the Boca Raton location where I had a bike fit with Stephan Hartman. Stephan was really knowledgeable, nice, pleasant, funny and really helpful. He gave me tips and tricks and fitted my bike to perfection. Boca's staff was really nice as well. I was welcomed by Mario who was made sure I was comfortable while doing the bike fit and was there to answer any questions I had. I always felt attended and cared for. Replaced a wheel, tube and brake pads. Also tuned up my bike. Bike never ran better! Professional and personable staff. The only reason the rating is not a five is that the tune up price was very steep. In all fairness, they did replace my computer batteries at no charge. I will continue using Conte's

Been a customer of Mario & team for quite some time. Their location, staff, and experience is one of the best in our area. They also have the benefit of sharing stock on hard to find items with their sister stores. This past weekend I raced in a Conte’s sponsored/supported event. In the rush of preparing, I had forgotten my helmet. I scurried through the parking lot asking around. The second person I came up to was a Contes employee at the boca location — JT. He went through a few spares they had with no luck on the sizing. I have a big head. He then did the unthinkable….he let me use his personal helmet! Thanks to JT, I ended up winning my class. Contes is a class act and I would recommend stopping by one of their locations ASAP.

Customer service was excellent. Mike took the time to help me replace my Specialize Roubaix that was totaled in an accident. He took the time to get me an accident replacement discount from Specialized which was huge. Most of the high end bike shops try to up-sell you things you don't need but that was not the case. Mike explained the advantages of the different models and helped me decide on what was best for my budget and my riding style. I have purchased many bikes in my 70 years from many different bike stores and Conte's Bike Shop in Boynton Beach was by far the best.

Yesterday I stopped at Conte Bike Shop to have my handle bars rewrapoed. First visit. Actually arrived 15 minutes before they opened. I was greeted by the sale associate with a smile and a willingness to help me out. I left my road bike there. When I returned he had also looked the bike over and made minor adjustments. His attitude was such a nice change from what you often encounter in Boca. I returned an hour later with my adult daughter to simply have air put in her tires. Same nice guy helped and again looked her bike over made a couple of adjustments explaining what he did. Will definitely recommend the place.

Brought in my custom built road bike, purchased at a different shop years ago, for servicing and replacing gear shifters and cable. Very friendly and competent staff and all works well after the repair. i also bought two GIANT Fantom mountainbikes recently and received very competent advise from Mike. They were open to any change we requested from saddle to chainwheel to handlebars etc etc and delivered the bike perfectly. For us, this is the Go to place with all our bicycle needs. Great Bike shop and staff always willing to help those in need. I brought in a homeless man whose prize possession was his trike that he couldn't ride because the bearings in the pedal assembly were worn to the bone.
