My experience with scg shoes and dealing with Steve and margarita has been awsome! When covid and the world shut down they were in touch instantly and kept me fully updated on my order and when to expect it, even though I'm in a different country. The shoes are soo wicked!! 🔥 they look so sick! they feel so good on my feet, and look super fly! I don't think I've ever had a better quality and feeling shoe ever.. and couldn't have asked for better people to deal with. Thanks guys!!!! Can't wait for more pairs!

Blacklist is an outstanding local bike shop, that’s more concerned with treating their customers fairly than making an extra buck. Repair services and consultations on available options are second to none. My bike will go to no other shop when in Tampa.

On the phone, gave me lots of free, logical advice. In person, same thing, along with changing my inner tube and valve, along with VERY reasonable rates. Truly looked o serve me, rather than gouge me for profit. Other bike shops much closer; I did--and do only want to deal with Blacklist. 10 stars if I was allowed.

Easily the best bike shop I've ever been to. Been an avid rider for over a decade and normally do all my own mechanic work and I absolutely hate having other people service my gear. I had an issue I thought to be near impossible and Matt helped me, and even offered to perfect the issue after the fact, something unheard of!!! Definitely will only use this shop for all my bicycle needs.

Being a loyal person and someone who appreciates and practices customer service I finally had it with my local bike shop. After a friend recommended Blacklist I took my Pivot mtb bike in for a diagnosis on a shock. I met Matt and he took the shock apart and gave me the grimm news of a full rebuild. Matt and I texted back and forth for a few days and we decided to just put a new shock on due to parts availability issues.I wound up buying the shock on line but not before running the make and model thru Matt. After receiving the shock at my home Matt was kind enough to offer to install the shock while I wait to save me another trip to Tampa from way south of Plant City. Bottom line is where else can you have great open communication with your bike mechanic and guide you thru a $400+ purchase he's only making a few bucks on for the install. Needless to say I have found my new bike shop and it's well worth the trip from Plant City in rush hour traffic. Thanks Matt!!!

Needed some repairs done to my bike so I did a quick google search and stumbled upon Blacklist. The great reviews are what brought me in. John was AWESOME. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and was extremely knowledgeable , accommodating, personable, and thorough. He knocked out the repairs I needed along with some good conversation. This is THE place to go for your bike. Took my bike there for maintenance and then broke my right ankle so I couldn't drive to pick it up. Matt and a coworker rode their bikes over to my house towing my bike behind them. Where else are you going to get this kind of service? No place I've EVER dealt with. They're THE BEST!

Awesome shop! Hard to find bike shops that sell and work on high end MTB bikes and components. Matt is an extremely knowledgeable, competent and experienced mechanic. He is also patient and will work with you and do whatever he can to make you happy. Great new product lines like FUNN and SCg! Matt, John and the team were as pleasant as could be and they helped me out right away. My bike was worn out from too many miles and they brought it back to OEM shape promptly and for a fair price.
