Pedego was our second stop shopping for an ebike. What a wonderful experience! Seth was incredibly knowledgeable and just a blast to chat with. He was juggling several customers by himself with total finesse. The location is perfect for a test ride since the bike path is right outside the front door. I rode the City Lite and was really impressed by the quality of components compared to the first bike I rode at a different store. Upon return, Seth was super patient with my myriad of questions and was not at all pushy. 12/10 recommend Pedego if you are in the market for an ebike or just looking to rent!

I came here on a fact - finding mission after having a not - great experience at the Rad showroom. Great service, no pressure, really great communication. The theft protection and warranty on these bikes is especially impressive, and I really enjoyed the test ride. For anyone considering E-bikes, this shop is very worth your time.

Seth and Gus saved the day. This dynamic duo was friendly, knowledgeable, and an absolute joy. We didn’t expect to rent e-bikes but with COVID ruining our plans, we had no choice but to go to Pedego. It was the best choice we could have made! The e-bikes were awesome and super reliable. Don’t expect to get a work out though because it’s addicting to let the pedal assist do the legwork. I will definitely be back! 10/10 would e-bike again!

I took my work team here for a moral event. From the first time I called to inquire about hosting a large group (15) to the day we showed up for the ride, Seth and the rest of the Pedego team were excellent. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable with the experience and maximize the fun! I'd highly recommend these guys. They are located in a great spot with many options for an hour or two ride to some of Seattle's most beautiful spots like Discovery Park, Golden Gardens, and Gas Works. If you have not rented bikes from here yet…DO IT!! We had the best experience today. Seth was so friendly and such a huge help! He explained everything so thoroughly and was a joy to talk to. The ebikes we rented were in excellent condition and were easy to use. We had such a great time riding on the Burke Gilman Trail, stopping at Gas Works Park and Molly Moons ice cream, and much more. We will definitely be back and we are so excited to do this again. I can’t say enough positive things about Pedego and highly recommend renting ebikes here! Thanks Seth!
