Had a part on order for a gravel race that was about a week out with another company. A week after that order the item still didn’t ship. Having no faith it would arrive before the race I canceled the order. It was late afternoon on a Friday when I called to make sure the item was in stock and placed the order. The part shipped on a Monday from Nevada and arrived at my home Wednesday in Pennsylvania. Very impressed with that person I spoke to on the phone and the quick shipping that was also free. Thanks !!!

After an afternoon online search, this was the only 26 inch wide fender I could find. Anywhere! SKS supplies plenty of hardware and the long struts, which can be cut and ends covered, work with a plethora of frames and forks. Disc compatible.

Just a side note for anyone ordering a Gamoh bike rack. The wooden panels come nude. They do not come stained or varnished. I just applied my fourth coat of varnish and it looks super sweet! It just would have been nice to know that I was going to need to take the extra time to get it to where it needs to be so that it's truly weatherproof. However it is a very sweet bike rack! I am very happy with my purchase.

So after my purchase I received an email asking how you did, if there were any problems reply to email and you would help, if not share your experience. I replied to email said I really liked the bike, it arrived promptly and I was very pleased with the way it was packaged for shipment, ( I am about 1000 miles away from your shop). I replied that the front brake was rubbing and just asked for directions on adjusting it. I have dealt with several other bicycle parts sellers online, but Nortwest is one of the very few that actually ship your item within a day or two.( As opposed to a lot of the others who place a label on it and let it set for a week and a half before delivering the item to the shipper, while telling you it has been shipped though in actuality it has not.) The quality of parts I have received from Northwest has met my level of expectation. I would definitely recommend Northwest Bicycle to anyone looking for quality parts and good service.

I have been purchasing components from Northwest Bicycle almost exclusively since the beginning of this year. The membership discount is hard to beat. On top of that, they ship fast!! Having said that, my last order was e*thirteen Vario dropper. When I received, I could hear there were many lose pieces. When I opened it, all seat clamp pieces were loose. The stanchion did not have any significant marks, but there were some minor marks. I am not sure if that is how it was shipped from the manufacture to them. Since components are hard to come by now days. So I did not even attempt to question.... Otherwise, I would have.

Bought the race face 30t narrow wide chain ring to replace a race face non narrow wide and wow, what an incredible chainwheel. Went from dropping 8-10 chains(in 4 hours of riding) to zero chain drops in 10hours of riding. North west always has awesome deals when you check out, and fast shipping!

I ordered 2 of the TRP 1mm disc rotor shims because I was not able to properly align the disc rotors to the brake calipers after replacing the wheel axles on my friends bike. These solved the problem and I received them quickly. Now everything is working again. I would order from here again.

Northwest bicycle did great except for one thing, they used ups. I took an extra 5 days to recieve my item because they wont leave package at my door, like i paid for. Instead, they decided to deliver it to the ups store a couple miles away. Being that my car isnt working and my bicycle was waiting for these parts i had an extreeeeeemly hard time getting it. Please use a different shipping company like maybe USPS? They could use the business since they are having financial hardtimes because the federal government is screwing them over.

Recently brought in my daughter's mountain bike for shifting issues and new brake pads at your Snoqualmie location. Mechanic (Jackson) noticed the handlebar stem had a crack around one of the bolts of the face plate. That crack would undoubtedly lead to a sudden catastrophic failure at some point had it not been noticed. If that happened while my daughter was bombing down a trail it would not have ended well for her. Thank you again for noticing that! A new stem has been ordered.
