I’ve ridden multiple e bikes but nothing comes close to Leon, these guys really are great, from the customer service to the quick know how to help me fix my bike on the spot! I’ve dealt with a few other E-bike services but non that compare to Leon Cycle, extremely friendly customer service! I’m already considering buying another bike through them and look forward to what comes in the future from these guys!

I was over 900 miles away from the physical location of the I needed to have a new back rim for my Moscow 48 Plus was a bit worried that trying to troubleshoot this at over 900 miles away would be a problem . But little did I know there was a professional team over there similar to a NASCAR pit crew I told him what the problem was diagnosis by technician in my state I sent them pictures and video of the diagnosis and just like technicians and a high end car dealership it was troubleshot that quick , right then yeah the ball got moving and I was sent a major component on the bike with no hesitation. another part was sent halfway across the United States, unbelievable customer service and the top it off the part was free because it was under warranty what a wonderful experience the apartment business standpoint. Nothing but thanks in place for the customer service crew and staff. Keep up the good work guys

I ordered one NCM Prague and one extra battery. I'm fully satisfied with them. They have great customer service and great product. I'm still running this bike without any issue. Obviously I will buy more bike from them and I highly recommend others. Key points: #Price is low than all other vendors. #Quick and efficient free shipment. #if anything wrong happen with your bike you don't need to go to store, just show them picture/video as a proof and you'll get replacement parts which is under warranty. ❤️❤️❤️

Friend bought their fat bike and likes it. He thought their customer service was very good so I turned to them for a 48 volt 14 amp hour battery. It shipped quickly but fed ex had a problem with it. Ryan shipped out another one and it came in a few days. About a week later I got the original battery. I couldn’t return it due to fed ex paperwork. Ryan told me to go ahead and keep it! I ended up sending them some money cause I didn’t want them to eat the whole thing. I know this whole Covid thing is making it tough on all businesses. Bike businesses are getting real slammed so be a little more patient. I would highly recommend Leon cycles since my experience and my friends experience were very positive

It's been about three months since we purchased a Milano Plus for my wife and we've both been extremely happy with the purchase. As we've recently sold our car, we were initially concerned about our mobility options around Seattle. With her Milano Plus, she's been making multiple trips around town, to coffee shops, visiting friends, heading to the gym, and it's been rock solid the whole time. It's a great bike.

Not only am I happy with my Moscow e-bike purchased from Leon Cycle, but also the excellent service after the sale. Through no fault of Leon after about a month or so from purchase I noticed that my rear wheel was cracked. Leon immediately sent me a full rear wheel assembly replacement and I was back up and riding in less than 1 week. Awesome customer service!

Just got my 29 Moscow plus for Christmas, very impressed with the build quality of this bike. I have ridden and have family members that have very expensive mountain bikes, so I know what quality looks like, this bike is solid. Took it out on my first 15 mile test drive, about 20% uphill, dirt trails, rocky and rut filled dirt roads and this bike performed very well. Got home after 15 miles, and still had 4 bars left on battery. Shipped very fast, easy to put together. I had a question and called and customer service was great, just like all of the other reviews will attest to. I would not hesitate to endorse this bike and Leon cycle to any of my friends. Looking forward to putting a lot of miles on this bike. Pete

What great products at great pricing! The 29" Moscow + brought back the joy of cycling for me. I'm 6'5" and 66 years young, and purchasing it was the best decision I've made in a while. Since then, I bought a Milano for my wife and a neighbor bought a Moscow + and regular Moscow for him and his wife. Fast shipping and great customer service, as has been said many times on so many reviews. Keep up the good work!

I went to Leon Cycles in Seattle today to look at the NCM Moscow Plus and maybe buy one. I called in the morning, arrived a couple hours later and they met me at the door. They were very friendly and happy to show me the bikes, answered all my questions and offered to let me test ride them. I was so impressed, I bought the Moscow Plus and love it. The sales and tech staff where excellent. trip this weekend I'll take some pictures and update my review of the bike. Thanks Enrique and team there at Leon's - 5 stars!

Haven't received my bike yet (just ordered it 2 days ago), but wanted to leave a review on my customer service experience. I just got off the phone with Sam, who had mentioned he's the new kid on the block, having only been there 2 weeks. I dunno if they've just got an incredible training program or if Sam is some kind of customer service genius who went to bike college, but he was incredibly knowledgeable, gave honest opinions on all my questions, and was really thoughtful and insightful. To be as well-versed as he is after 2 weeks is pretty incredible. Not just with the product, but how the company works, etc. A+, my man!! I've heard great things about their products and am excited to get my bike. Knowing they offer this level of customer support only reinforces the confidence I had in purchasing from NCM. I recently got back into biking after a number of years and decided to go with the Prague as my reintroduction. It had the features I was looking for and good feedback, and I'm happy to report that I haven't been disappointed yet. The bike feels solid, smooth and well-assembled. The small amount of reassembly after shipping is pretty painless and can probably be done with no experience as long as you read and follow the included directions carefully. Handling the bike at the maximum throttle speed of ~32 km/h is a lot easier and more responsive than I was expecting. I'm 5'7 and 170 lbs. and the 26" version was basically exactly right for me. The seat is comfortable for long durations and there don't seem to be any pressure points. I'm lucky to live in a place that has a fair amount of green space and dirt or gravel trails, and I think an eMTB might be the optimal format for low-congestion commuting in this kind of environment. With the electric assist on it I'm getting around the city quite quickly. I've put almost 400 km on it since early August, and haven't experienced any notable problems. All things considered I'm pleased with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend NCM to anyone looking for an electric bike. I'll also just add that it's genuinely a lot of fun to ride, and the matte black finish looks great too.

Fantastic customer service. During the shipping of my ET.Cycle T1000 Fat Bike through Fedex, the fork of the bike was unfortunately damaged and had to be replaced. They got back to me immediately! Not only did they send me a replacement fork, they even reimbursed me for the repair of the bike. Definitely recommend! :)

A few days ago I was riding my bike on first ave and completely blew out my rear tire. Leon's was the closest bike shop near me, so I rode half a mile on a flat and when I entered the gentleman behind the desk was amazing, he told me they aren't a service repair shop but he had a tube that fit my tire and fixed it for free on the spot! I believe this company sells E bikes and as I can't speak for the quality of their product I can however speak to their excellent customer service and professionalism. These guys rock!!

I bought a Moscow Plus from Leon Cycle, and cant be happier. The bike is AWESOME, and the service and communication is phenomenal. Any questions are answered promptly and thoroughly.The bike rides so smooth. You can really tell the quality of the components. I called Leon Cycle prior to ordering to discuss the features of the Moscow Plus Mountain Bike. I spoke with Enrique, who was very knowledgeable and helpful, and pleasant. So I ordered direct from them through the website. The bike arrived three days later which I thought was incredible, however the front fork was damaged. Somehow the fork was installed backwards on the bike and the casting on the front fork was broken on arrival. Of course I was disappointed. I called Leon Cycle immediately, sent supporting photos, and they sent out a warranty replacement fork immediately. They also offered to pay the cost for a bike shop to do the work if I was unable. I was a little apprehensive about removing and replacing the new fork myself, but after watching a UTUBE video I was confident that I could do it. quite frankly it was very easy, and took only half an hour. The most complicated part of the assembly is aligning the front disk brake inside the brake calipers, which in all honesty was no big deal. The Moscow Plus is awesome. Lots of power, well built, and nice looking. I can see and feel the quality in this bike. Looking forward to a long ride this weekend to really try it out....might update this review after that.

Currently, disappointed... Ordered a Munich which arrived badly damaged. Currently working with Leon Cycles for replacement parts, will revise review upon completion. So far, bike appears to be very well made, and of good quality construction and parts. Unfortunately, it took a hard fall in transit somewhere and on top of damage, parts are missing. Also unfortunate, is the Leon Cycle Customer service we’ve received so far, which has been argumentative & based on “who to blame”. Although the shipper (FedEx) holds some blame, the packaging to protect the bike during shipment certainly failed since the protective metal cage rear rack was cracked, and put such pressure on the battery compartment it compromised the waterproof compartment. Stay tuned...

I was looking for a very specific style of bike rack and rack mounted battery setup for a custom eBike I was building. Not only did Leon Cycle have this very specific and hard to find part, but it was priced really well, and the entire staff couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with. Doug, Ryan, and Enrique all helped work through an issue with a defective part that was no fault of their own, as well as a shipping snafu with FedEx that was also fault of their own. This is an awesome bike. I'm 78 years old and have been riding a 24 speed specialized for quite a while. I really liked this bike. I live in an area with deep gullies to the west and east of me. Leg muscles aren't what they used to be, and it was starting to limit my riding range. I was looking for an e bike that still had gears so I could continue to get good exercise but manage those steep bullies. This bike is it. I ride 95% in PAS 1 and have gotten 95 miles out for the battery with 2 bars left. I have used just the throttle a couple times just to see if it will take me up those hills without peddling. It does. This bike will last me a long time as it is solid and comfortable. Great bike and great company. They shipped it out the next day, answered my questions promptly and sent a new part out immediatlely when I screwed up putting on the light. Highly recommend.
