Great bike shop. Unlike many bike stores in the area that are just looking to make a quick sale, Dandelion takes time to work with you individually to make sure you get the bike that's right for you. Responsive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They only carry quality bikes too. This was my first e-bike purchase and I am so happy with it!

There is absolutely NO shortage of online information and reviews about different ebike brands so much so that if you go down the research rabbit hole you just may find yourself stuck in analysis paralysis. That was me before walking into Dandelion and talking with Tyler. He is an absolute gem, a wealth of knowledge with no pushy sales pressure. His shop Dandelion carries a limited but highly curated selection of exceptional ebikes. I was impressed by Tyler's patience and straight shooter advice during my several shop visits and test drives. In the end, we purchased not just one but two Moustache ebikes - for me and my husband. We've enjoyed getting out there and are grateful for small businesses owned by passionate people like Tyler.

Maybe the best customer service I've ever received. I went in knowing nothing about E-bikes and Tyler was patient, thorough, and quick to share his wealth of expertise to help me find the exact bike I was looking for. Some of these bikes are surprisingly expensive but at no pint did I ever feel any pressure to get anything other than the exact bike for my needs. I went and test drove the bikes for way longer than the time I had originally booked and had a billion questions and they never balked or got impatient as I took a few days and hemmed and hawed over the choice. They have been so generous giving me a loaner bike when there was some trouble getting the bike together and a loaner bike bag when there was some delay in bags I had ordered arriving, which ended up being months! So kind of them to let a loaner be tied up that long. Their technician Vann has also been extremely helpful when I've had questions about care for the bike. If you're looking to buy a bike you will not find a better place to do it than here.

I really cannot rate my experience at Dandelion highly enough. My partner and I went to test ride several bikes we had researched. Tyler was extremely patient in explaining each model and answering our (numerous) questions. I tested out the Gazelle Medeo T10 and T10+, Riese & Muller Nevo, those were at my request. Tyler also suggested Moustache, a brand I had not considered, so I tested a couple of those. After testing all of the options, I decided on the Moustache Samedi 27 Xroad 5 and am so thrilled with my purchase. Tyler's expertise and recommendation based upon my needs, anticipated usage, size, etc. brought me to a bike I am extremely happy with and ended up being the best fit for me. He certainly did not upsell me because I was looking at the R&M bike as well, and Moustache is less expensive. We will be coming back to get my partner an ebike as well, and I trust Tyler and the team at Dandelion to help find the best bike for him. They are clearly passionate about their work, and if you are in the market for an ebike or need a trustworthy shop for maintenance, parts, etc., look no further.

Absolutely stellar service from the first time I called to riding my new Gazelle out of the shop! In particular, the run-down of the bike with staff before completing the purchase was awesome. It's nicer to be told these things than to have to learn them the hard way out and about. I'm looking forward to when they can move into a more permanent location - I think all they're really missing at the moment is a nice looking storefront. It's worth noting I haven't taken my bike in for a tune up but I have every reason to believe that'll be a similarly pleasant visit.

Unbelievable shop with experienced, knowledgeable team members! I bought a Benno Boost and a T9 Gazelle for my wife and I (and our daughter) from Tyler about 1.5 years ago. Throughout the entire process and in the 1.5 years in between, Tyler and Vann have been nothing short of incredible. I love bikes, but was new to e-bikes. They patiently walked me through the nuances of different drivetrain technologies, power systems, range and load considerations, and setups. They let us test all different types of models, and never pushed anything on us but always guided us with our overall experience in mind. They have checked back in throughout, and when we had minor issues with a chain or something else, they managed the warranty process and replaced it. They also include complementary fitting and 300 mile services. This is a top-notch shop, with people who really know what they are doing. If you are thinking about getting an e-bike, there is no better place in Seattle to go.

I'm not a cyclist, but was looking for an ebike to help me get around town. The staff were very helpful in suggesting different options that would meet my needs. I went in for a test drive before I picked and ordered my bike. That was a huge advantage over ordering a bike online. I got my ebike and totally love it. Great for commuting and I've even done some just for fun rides. Recently someone tried to steal my bike and ruined the cafe lock on my bike. Dandelion bikes ordered a replacement lock and fixed it for me in 15 minutes at no charge. I'm really glad I ordered my bike through them!

Buying from here was such a fantastic experience. Tyler is very knowledgeable about the bikes, and was very helpful going through all of the components when picking up the bikes, and he even helped load the bikes on the car and donated some clean scrap pieces of cloth to make sure the car didn’t get damaged by the bikes during transit. You can tell that he’s in this business because he wants to get people on bikes. Very authentic.

Tyler and Vann run a great little boutique bike shop. After test riding the Riese & Müller Load 60, Load 75, and Superdelite (and hemming and hawing about the purchase for several weeks), I ultimate decided on the 2020 R&M Superdelite Rohloff HS eBike, and couldn’t be happier. This bike is a fun beast, and we have put 600 miles of paved and gravel trails, city commutes, and mountain bike single tracks on it in just the first three weeks. Tyler was patient and knowledgeable about all the options and benefits / trade-offs of different gear hubs and bike manufacturers. We’re happy with our purchase and recommend Dandelion Bikes to anyone else looking for a primo bike with nice touches. We also put a Tout-Terrain Outback on order and are excited for that to come in late this summer. All in all, this is gem of a shop that will have some uncommonly awesome bikes with rides and features that will surprise you.
