This is the second bike that Bikeswift has electrified for me. Need I say more? Their systems are rock solid, maintenance-free and a heck of a lot of fun. And the entire crew is very knowledgeable. One recommendation that I would like to pass on, get the 80% charger. It will extend the life of the battery and will pay for itself. Or if you have other electric bikes and scooters, get the Cycle Satiator charger.

I've made two trips here. The first was to discuss options and review my current bike (neighbor freebie). The second was too test ride different electric conversion options. At the second, the staff took plenty of time to answer all my questions, simulate my riding scenarios, and help me find the best setup for my situation. They are currently installing my system and I'll update if anything changes.

This shop is top notch. I had a battery with a faulty charging port. Shipped it to them because I live hours away. They fixed it and got it back in the mail same day, all with great communication and at a reasonable price. Thank you!

Best and probably fastest electric bicycles you can buy right now. I ordered a GMAC with regenerative braking. Roughly 50 mile range, and I've seen it hit about 40mph off-road use. Highly recommend.

A real great shop. I was going through downtown, my disc brakes cables were not tight. I texted the shop. And dropped it off walk to the corner store and back. So fast and they were nice! So nice! and my brakes and nice and tight. Really happy i called on them. Also I saw some fenders and helmets on the wall i want to come back and check out. Really happy i was back out on my commute asap today. Great shop, will be back.

We had been looking to add a electric motor to our Taga 2.0 bike for several months. We found Bike Swift and Henry was very helpful. He even reach out out to the manufacturer of our bike asking for technical details before we had even decided to have him install the electric motor on our bike. Henry was always courteous, and quick to respond when we had questions and comments. Our bike is not a standard frame and required a few customizations. Specifically, the rear disk break caliper mount, and a battery rack. Henry found great solutions for both issues, and even reached out to a local machine shop for us to fabricate the battery mount for the bike. He even made it so we could mount a standard rear rack with the battery mount. There was a minor issue with the battery controller that seemed to be a manufacturer issue. Henry quickly corrected the issue for us replacing the part without any issue at all. We are very glad we went with Bike Swift for our custom ekit for our Taga 2.0 bike. Given the chance, we'd work with Bike Swift again.

Henry is so passionate and knowledgeable, and he makes the whole process easy. I bought one of his test bikes, and my husband had his mountain bike fitted with a motor. We are both in love with our bikes!!! We did a lot of research, but we found these had the best components and great motors, plus Henry is dependable and fair and you get a good warranty. Buy your bike here! You won't be sorry.

After extensive e-bike research, I left my belt drive bike with Henry at Bike Swift and after only 1 day was rewarded with a completed conversion. Everything about the experience was positive: clear and concise explanation of the various options, a similar bike available for an extensive test ride on my first visit, all my many questions answered, and outstanding, clean, quality work. The results are as good as I had hoped or better. The less expensive and preferred system with my internally geared rear hub is their front hub option. The bike is still well balanced, has ample power for even the steep hills, goes plenty fast, yet encourages lots of peddling for a good workout when I feel like it. I opted for the greater capacity battery and so far have exceeded 65 miles on a single charge. Follow up questions have all been answered right away, either by phone or in person. If you have a bike that fits you well and is a good e-bike candidate or if not, you really should visit Bike Swift to see what they offer. You couldn't ask for a better customer experience, nor a more knowledgeable crew!

The quality and care that Henry takes of his clients is indeed commendable and something that I have not found at any other bike shop, let alone one of the most forward advancing electric bike companies I have ever seen. After being inundated with popup adds of various e-bike companies on the internet and riding the high end production e-bike my neighbor brought home I decided I had to have one. I did endless research and educated myself on the multitude of of e-bike styles and configurations and in the process stumbled on Bike Swift and met Henry and boy am I glad I did. Henry answered endless questions and had a solution for all of them. I ended up purchasing a Kona Splice Deluxe from Bike Swift and had them do their rear wheel conversion with the 52 volt battery. The bike, the service/warranty I received from Bike Swift far surpassed my exceptions. So much so that my family now owns 4 e-bikes all from Bike Swift.
