Gordon (the owner at Amped) has gone above and beyond in customer service! And the ebike I got from him has been completely transformational for my commute! I’m now driving dozens of miles less each week — and getting fresh air and beautiful views at the same time :) Hard to express how much I appreciate Gordon’s dedication to resolving any issues that come up. He is very communicative and available by phone, thoughtful and detail-oriented in his work, and committed to doing right by his customers. Very glad to have chosen Amped for my ebike purchase (after researching and considering a variety of older shops around the Seattle area) and would highly recommend them.

Amped Adventure is great. Excellent e-bikes on offer and they helped me out a bunch with my new E-Scooter. If you've looked into ebikes and discovered the maker called Aventon then this is the place to go! Had all the models right there for trying out and I could test drive them around to figure out which I liked best. The staff member seemed a little new but helpful and friendly.

The crew at Amped Adventures are a delight to do business with! They are super knowledgeable about all their products & do their research so I feel confident in my purchases. I stopped in there the other day asking about my breaks - since they weren’t busy Gordon gladly showed me how to tighten up the cables. Recently, we rented a couple extra bikes for my son & his friends. They had an awesome Amped Adventure cruising around the city & swimming in the lake. Great activity for a summer day.
