Shopping experience was great. Had a mishap with the bike on first day of purchase. The very next day, Andrew fully repaired and replaced the necessary components. He also explained and demonstrated further safety precautions and proper transportation/storage techniques. Very knowledgeable and responsive, can’t ask for much else.

A real GEM of a shop! The owner and worker named Andrew are amazingly kind and seem to truly love working there and helping customers and the community. They are super knowledgeable. Sometimes they are busy so it is best to just stop by in person. We always bring our bikes here if we need any tuning or fixing and the price is always fair and reasonable. They sell Giant and Liv bikes, accessories, car bike racks etc.

Great shop! Bought my bike here, comes with lifetime tune ups. The derailleur needed some breaking in, I brought it back to them and they fixed it. You have to understand, some days they are packed and can't get to your bike but if they are not, they get to it right away. Would buy another bike from here even though it's a 30min drive.

Joelle and Andrew are friendly, honest, and great. I bought my bike from here and will continue to come back from service, as they give good, honest prices, and both have great personalities. They, along with every other bike shop right now, are very busy — take that into consideration and be friendly, you’ll have an amazing experience here. Thank you again!!!

What a great neighborhood bike shop, amazing customer service. I stopped by yesterday to get an idea of what it might cost to get a tune-up on my bike. The brakes definitely needed work, from the cables to maybe the pads, and the gears were dirty and needed to be lubricated, wasn't sure what else. The last time I had it serviced was 2 years ago, at Miller's in Mamaroneck and they charged me $125 or so, and it took about 2 weeks. So when I stopped in here I was bracing for a similar reaction. At first they said they could have it back by Tuesday, which is very reasonable, however I use this bike to commute each day and said maybe I would wait until we will be out of town in the coming weeks or month or two. The mechanic Andrew said "you know what, if you can leave it here now (it was about 1pm) I can get it done by the end of today when we close at 5pm, and the cost will probably be about $75." In the middle of a ride w/ my daughter, I asked if I could come back in 30 minutes or so after I dropped her at home. He instead offered me a free loaner bike until he finished tuning up mine. I returned just before 5, bike was done, and he said it had only needed the brake cables to be adjusted, and he cleaned and oiled the gears.....and instead of the $75 estimate, it was $19.90. $19.90???! for a bike tune-up? Miller's may want to get out of the bike repair business, I'll never go there again. The owner and manager Joelle was also great, very friendly, she emphasized her focus on being the small town bike store, and said they welcome kids coming by after school, have a popcorn machine, etc., to encourage a small town bike shop feel. She has absolutely succeeded in this goal, I'm an instant big fan!

We’ve had a few bikes repaired here and bought a brand new set of wheels for our 5 year old! Great selection of adult and kid bikes for a smallish bike store. Andrew is fast and amazing at repair! Such a fabulous addition to the retail landscape in Larchmont!

I am especially grateful to Andrew! Both Joelle and Andrew are terrific, and provide a tremendous customer experience with their kindness of spirit. That said, I will be forever grateful to Andrew for being so talented and willing to help. Andrew not only repairs regular bicycles, but is willing and experienced with fixing other things as well. I had a problem with a wheelchair, that required a several step procedure to fix, and was struggling getting it addressed. Andrew handled it no problem, and knew exactly what he was doing and said he has fixed many wheelchairs before. Andrew also is willing to help me with my recumbent bicycle, and his help is very much appreciated as there is no one locally to help with this. I already am working on buying my new bicycle there, pleased with Andrew's in depth knowledge of all the bikes out there, what works well for who, and how to adjust what bike you buy to tailor it to your body and needs. This shop is a great asset to the community and I am so grateful they chose Westchester.

Amazing bike shop! Great startup and Andrew is very nice! Needed new tubes because I had a race, and he did them right away! Not trying to push the wheel selling to you, but more of a mentality like he’s going to get you what you need and give you great tips so you don’t go out and spend too much money!

Great little shop, Andrew is the best!
