Great bicycle shop. Micheal was very professional and informative. I have not yet decided on my bike, but he was able to pick out a bike for my height and size (I am short) and a stand so I can bike indoors and still be able to take the bike out for rides. And they have a cat!

It’s very rare that I “rate” businesses but when it comes to Eastbank Cyclery, I simply had to give them a huge shout out. Preparing for my third Ironman event after eleven years since my last Ironman, I found myself looking for a triathlon bike that was quality, yet fit within my budget. Well, I found just the right bike at just the right place, Eastbank Cyclery! Will, the salesman there was without doubt the most knowledgeable “Bike Guy” who I have ever met. When I returned a couple of weeks later to have my bike fitted, it was one of the most comprehensive, positive and learning purchasing experiences that I have ever had. I have had two bikes professionally fitted before, back in California where I moved from, but neither experience came even close to my experience with Will at Eastbank Cyclery. I drove away confident with my purchase, comfortable with my new bike and highly impressed with the entire experience. Will and Johnathon, my new bike mechanic, went out of their ways to share their knowledge and experience with me throughout the process and I could not be more pleased with their professionalism! Exceptional customer service, excellent bike inventory, extremely exceptional bike repair shop and staff. Will is hands on and possesses exquisite knowledge for bike fittings and has phenomenal knowledge. Eric does a phenomenal job, has great knowledge and will take care of you. Jonathan is an exceptional bike mechanic and knows bikes like nobody's business. I bought my first bike here in 2010 and over the years have visited different bike shops. And yet, not once did I feel hassled here. I felt hassled at other bike shops in the greater New Orleans area, but never here. If you're reading this review, I recommend you give East Bank Cyclery a visit because you'll be glad you did.

From out of town. Brand new tire popped while riding down bourbon st. This place was the only place that had Gravel tires 700x38. They were very cool and helped me out big time. Was only in town for a couple of hours before heading to ride in Alabama. Really appreciate this crew for helping me out. Huge thanks y'all!

They were really friendly to me. I have 0 knowledge on bikes and they were willing to inform me on my options. I ordered the bike online and was able to ship it to their store. They built it and were even nice enough to teach me how to properly mount the bike on a bike rack. They made the whole process super easy. I really appreciate the time and patience they had with me.

Not only do they work on and sell bikes but they do the same on lawn equipment. Very knowledgeable staff with the best lawn equipment from blowers to mowers. They sell the top brands at fair, reasonable prices. Worked on my equipment a few times and had no problems. Very fast service even during peak lawn season. Will call you when equipment is ready to be picked up and upfront with their prices. Very best lawn equipment repair service in the area.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. Prices are reasonable, certainly never higher than you'd find on the manufacturer's site and most times less, plus no shipping costs! I ordered a bike and they had it ready in two days even with how busy they are during the pandemic. I've been back to add other parts and gear because I see no reason to shop anywhere else. They do great work on the bikes as well and all the employees on the bike side also ride a lot so very helpful advice. Special props to Oscar, he goes above and beyond and is a great representative of the shop as a whole. You'll be happy with your experience here and if not I'm confident they'll take care of that as well!

I have been using these guys for a few years now from bike fittings, bike servicing, parts/upgrades, packaging up old bikes for me to sell and more. They have been great and helpful all the way through. For someone like myself who is intimidated to go into shops such as these where I really do not know a whole lot, these guys certainly take the time and are patient with you from start to finish. I could not recommend East Bank cyclery enough. Every time I'm in there they're helpful, friendly, and professional. On several occasions they've been able to come through for me when I was in a time crunch and the prices are always very fair. I live uptown so it's definitely not the closest bike shop, but I'll always make the drive out there.

These guys were awesome. Phillip took great care of my bike, or the wheel haha. He went out of the way to help me last minute when my wheel got a hole in it days before a trip to the Smokey Mountains! Not only did he replace the tube, he found the time wire that caused the whole and would have again!

I hadn’t bought a bike in years but I wanted to get one for my 10 year old son and myself to ride on the lake together for exercise and just get out to enjoy the outdoors. I initially had planned to buy most or all of the gear we would need from online, but was suggested by a friend to shop local for a bike since they sometimes need professional adjustments after being put together. My friend suggested Eastbank Cyclery because he has been going here for years. I’m so glad we decided to come to this store instead of shopping online. Jonathan helped us figure out every single detail: which lights to get, what type/size bikes would work best for us, choosing and installing the bike mount on my truck, fitting the right helmet...everything! Jonathan was very helpful and we cannot thank him enough. We will definitely be coming back here in the future for all of our biking needs. Keep up the great work guys!

Awesome, educated staff that doesn't have their noses in the air. Whether you bring in a huffy or S-Works, you're treated with the same hospitality and care. Reasonable prices for every budget. This is now my goto store. I can't say enough positive things about the staff and the store.

I can’t say enough positive things about this bike shop. I’ve been to probably every legit bike shop in GNO . This place is by far the friendliest and provides the best price and excellent service. They go above and beyond for their customers but are also incredibly knowledgeable and competent. They will explain to you exactly what you need to know and service all types of bikes without a condescending vibe you can get at certain places. You can tell they treat/view their customers like family instead of cashout. They are well worth the drive out to Kenner from anywhere in the city.

I'm 36 years old and haven't touched a bicycle since I was like 13 or 14. I wondered into this bike shop because I'd decided to try commuting by bike for fitness. The service there was far and beyond what I expected and I truly feel that the folks in there are all honest and knowledgeable. I'm a big dude and wasn't sure if I could find an affordable bike for my height and weight, but I was steered towards one that seems perfect for my needs and budget. I had a million dumb questions and they answered every one of them in detail, a couple more than once because I'm dumb. I'm very happy so far with my purchases and will definitely be using this shop in the future for service or any other things I may need. I'll give one example of why I trust this shop: I went in today 100% ready and willing to spend $130 on something I didn't need. The guy there (Will) could have made that sale easily, but instead showed me a $30 item that suited my needs. You don't get that shopping on Amazon (and the prices here are basically the same).

I have been using this bike shop for almost 20 years now. I have built 3 custom bikes and the staff has all the knowledge to do so. They have all the accessories you need to get your bike in race condition. They are able to get any part if they do not have it in stock and they are able to do warranty service like no other. I would highly recommend the shop.

Bought my first road bike at Eastbank 4 years ago and my second bike 2 years ago. I can’t imagine how many times these guys have stepped up to help me along the way. Honest, most knowledgeable staff in town, and I don’t trust anyone but Jonathan to work on my bikes. Best place to go for someone just getting into riding or a seasoned rider!

About a 2 month ago my lawn mower Troy Built suddenly it stopped working the one to expire from Home Depot I was ready to buy me another one when a friend of mine recommend me to come and see this Lee's bicycle shop /lawn mower sales /repair store. Wish I did but my lawn mower in less than 4 days they fix it I'm very pleased with the service. And just today I brought echo weed eater machine wish I was having problem starting it and keep it running amazingly they called me today that they fix it again I'm pleased with the service very professional straight to the point.

Quality workmanship. My dirty, grimy, gritty bike was returned sparkling and immaculate. Every cog was greased, and they had checked every moving part of the bicycle. I got a personal call from Patrick explaining everything that they had done, and hints on how to care for the bike moving forward. I had been going to another bicycle place for servicing, and have never had this kind of attention to detail before. Worth traveling the extra distance.
