Great customer service! I ordered a controller from them, and I specified the wrong OSF to be flashed. They reflashed it for free as long as I paid shipping. Definitely not their fault. Communication was helpful and prompt. If I need any more parts I will do business with them.

Electric Bike types 1, 2 or 3. Pedal assist, fat tires, eco modes, Controllers, hub motors vs drive, hall sensors, mosfetts. then there's DIY conversion kits, with literally thousands of options. All of this ranging in price from $500 -$5000. Hours on hours of research, we thought we were so prepared. I am now on my 3rd ebike and finally happened upon Eco bikes information. I called and David answered. We learned more from a 15 minutes conversation with David than we have in months and months of research and ebike forums. Just when we thought Southern hospitality went out with the old school honky tonks and face to face was replaced with self check outs, and autobot replies. Talk about down home customer service. Thanks for renewing our faith in business relations David. There aren't enough stars.
