Brought in a hybrid mountain bike for a tune-up and parts replacement. Customer service was the best I have ever had at a bike shop in the Twin Cities (low bar, but this place cleared it by a mile), pricing was very reasonable, owner checked in with me on parts replacement with a price differential (saved me time and money), and the service was completed very quickly. Highly recommend.

Took my bike in to get the front wheel placed back in after we transported it moving in to the area and the owner couldn’t be nicer! She showed me how to detach the brake pad to slide in the wheel correctly and wouldn’t take any money for the help. Going to put my learning to use, since last time I thought I knew how to put in a front wheel and ended up popping a tire🤦🏻‍♀️. Also got some quality riding gloves while there which are going to save my hands from blisters!

This is a great neighborhood bike shop with a very friendly owner. I brought my son's bike in for a flat and was back out the door in 10 minutes. She also tensioned the chain and adjusted the brakes. Fast, friendly, and affordable! This is my new go-to bike shop.

A bike mechanic recently told me that my older bike needed a number of new parts. I love this bike and wanted a second opinion so I rode it to Seven Spokes. It was a great visit. The staff person (maybe owner too?) was welcoming and easy to talk to. She enthusiastically did a professional once over of my bike. Rather than needing new parts she determined that my bike needed to be cleaned, greased and parts needed tightening. She kindly did a very thorough cleaning, greasing and tightening and within 10-15 minutes I was biking home on what felt like a Formula 1 car. Seven Spokes is a wonderful addition to the community. Even cooler is that it is a woman run business. I highly recommend them for their friendly, enthusiastic attitude, bike service/tune-up, bike advice and bikes/bike parts. Top ten. Two thumbs up.

Outstanding service at a really good price point. Alicia did a great job of working in time to service my bike at an exceptionally busy and challenging time for bike repair shops. It rides like new for the first time since I purchased it. Although my bike is a highly unusual design, Seven Spokes was happy to evaluate which parts fit it best and service it quickly and with attention to detail. I was pleasantly surprised at the price point. VERY reasonable for the work that was done! I will continue to return to Seven Spokes whenever I need service at a shop.

I moved into the neighborhood relatively recently and searched around a bit for a shop I liked. I've been so happy with the level of service and inviting/friendly atmosphere at 7 Spokes. This is my new go-to shop. Strongly recommend.

Last summer lead times were out of control with COVID. After a crash and resulting bike damage, they got me back on the bike after a week. All other shops were quoting 4+. Went back this week for a minor fix that I had misdiagnosed. She appropriately diagnosed (and reduced my expected spend) with another quick turn around during a busy time. Superb service, great pricing. Will be back for 100% of my cycling needs.

There are limited amount of bikes, but that’s because everyone is buying her bikes up! One day, I went in to buy a bike, but there wasn’t any built that was my size. I really wanted to purchase my bike from this shop, because it is woman owned and family owned! So the first day I came in, Alicia was so helpful in helping to find the right bike for me, unfortunately it wasn’t there that day! Not too long later, I received a message on my instagram from Seven Spokes saying that there’s a bike built for me! Sure enough, I have an awesome bike that’s just my size! So hurry on in and come get a bike! Alicia is excellent and wants to help you purchase your perfect bike!

Easy to find, bright and cheery store with a delightful owner. She was all sold out of bikes, but we found a helmet at a great price. I definitely recommend stopping in!

I went to this bike shop for the first time to see about getting a seat post clamp for a mountain bike that I have had for over 20 years. I went there because I saw it close by on Maps. The owner Alisha determined that the exact clamp was unavailable for her to order, but they actually found one that worked by scrounging around through parts in the basement. Since it wasn't in their inventory, she just gave it to me. She even installed it with no cost. She only asked that I share my experience, which I was happy to. It's a smaller shop that is kinda tucked away in the neighborhood, so you have to find it on a map. The owner is very helpful and responsive to your bike needs. I would recommend going there.

Great bike shop! I've received fantastic service on both my road and cross bikes. My road bike started making a strange noise two days before leaving for a bike trip. Mark was able to diagnose and fix it in 24 hours. Every time I've brought in a bike they've helpfully explained what's going on, tried to fix it before replacing parts, and have had quick turnaround. I highly recommend coming here!

Fantastic people with a great business. Twice I’ve stopped in on a ride with niggling issues with my bike. Twice they stopped what they were doing, fixed my bike and sent me on my way for a ridiculously low charge. Can’t go wrong using them for your cycling needs.

Very nice shop! My husband went in last week and the owner helped him with a repair and did not charge him. I went in today and she was so patient as my toddler did his best to touch and destroy everything! She even filled my tires for me before we left!
