Very friendly and knowledgeable staff from initial inquiry to post-sale. Had an issue with a new-build bike component, but they were super responsive to address the issue no problem. I have plenty of shops much closer to me, but Now Bikes is definitely worth going out of my way for all my bikes needs! Keep it up Eric, Zach, and team!

Just bought my bike on Monday at the Arden Hills location. I was pretty set on what bike I wanted and Jorden was very helpful in getting me a test ride and educating me about the bike. He also helped me buy all the other "stuff" I needed as a first time road bike rider. I hadn't planned on going home with a bike that day but the service was great and now I have new road bike. Definitely going back!

Very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff, plus a wide selection of great bikes. The repair shop is excellent as well. I bought a touring bike there 10 years ago and now just bought a new Jamis Citizen 3 comfort hybrid bike . Mike was a great guide to help me choose a bike that fits the needs of my aging body. Always an excellent experience at Now Bikes.

This is my local shop. They are great. I have bought multiple bikes from them. More impressive is how quick and helpful they are when I bring bike in for service or questions. They don't try to upsell me, just help out wherever possible. Bunch of really nice people. And they have great bikes. I highly recommend.

Absolutely AMAZING experience this week bringing my bike in to get repaired. The customer service of those within this store made me feel so comfortable and welcome, even though I don't know much about bikes. The repair department was so helpful in helping me know what I needed to get fixed, they offered a relatively quick and exceptionally priced repair, and helped me along the way :) Also, when I asked those working what they recommended for new bikes within my price range, they didn't just stop with "we don't have those right now" (which was my experience at another bike store in the area) - instead, they worked with me to look up models they thought would work and be coming in the fall, and they were very kind in helping me know what to look for :) Absolutely will recommend this shop to all those who I know need repairs, may be looking for a new bike, or just want to know a good local shop !

We had stopped at a different bike shop about 10 minutes down the road and we are pretty much ignored the entire 20 minutes we are looking at bikes. On the other hand we were greeted the moment we entered Now Bikes and received top notch service. You ended up buying my wife a new bike here instead of the other store where I've probably purchased 10 bikes in the past. This should be a case in point on how great service can earn a sale.

Bought a bike a few months ago. My front chainring got bent and I came in initially but didn't have the right ring in stock. They recommended converting to 1x. In the mean time they bent the ring back the best they could and I was able to ride home. I came back a week later and decided to have it converted. I expected to spend a good amount of money, but was willing to do it. I took my bike in, they measured the ring, found the right size to go with the cranks I had and I just waited while they installed it. I was dreading hearing the price but found out that they could just charge Fuji (the maker of my bike) for the part and installation. Meaning I was able to ride away without having to pay. Thankyou very much to Ryan (the mechanic) for the help and am extremely happy with it so far. He told me that if I had any issues to bring it back in. Very good customer service even while swamped with bike orders and repairs because of the shortage caused by COVID.

Wow!! Awesome bike shop! I am brand new to the gravel cycling world (and even brand new to using pedal clips for that matter) and I just purchased a Salsa Journeyman Sora 700 and a bunch of gear and accessories from Now Bikes in Arden Hills. What an amazing experience I had - every single person I encountered was simply fantastic - Jeremi, Laurie, Avery, Jeff, and Paul - thank you! You all are awesome!! I had checked out several other bike shops including Erik's, Penn, and Gateway Cycle and don't get me wrong they all offer very good products and service but Now Bikes in Arden Hills in my opinion is a step above everyone!! Superior customer service, a great selection of bikes as well as gear, clothing, and other accessories, etc. The professional fitting process by Paul was also pretty neat and makes me feel great so much care and attention went into ensuring my bike was an optimal fit for me. I came in to look at road bike saddles. In many years of riding, I only found 1 saddle that fit well over the years and it is no longer made. Mike worked with me to during my visit to find out what I was looking for. He took the time to put on 3 different saddles for me to try on my bike. The 3rd one was perfect. I really appreciate his knowledge and the time he took getting me on the right saddle.

Best bike experience ever had. Brought in my Bianchi Saturday morning for tires, thought it would take days? Shop grabbed bike, put on stand, help me pick out some Continental tires, had them on literally in 10 minutes. Bought a set of HED vanquish wheels and right after finished with Bianchi they installed tires on Wheels. Quality, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They are my go to shop and stock all high end brands with exceptional service. Can I give 6 stars?

I was passing through town and needed a repair right away. One of the mechanics listened to the description of the problem and went to work on it immediately. He assessed that my description was correct and did the work that was required. He took the bike for a test ride and made another minor adjustment and then another test ride. Then he had me take a test ride to ensure that I was happy with the work he did before we left. He also charged what I thought was a very fair price. This is an example of how all bike shop service experiences should be.

Over the last year I have lost over 100 pounds and i also had an issue where riding a bike would make me go numb in my lower area. My doctor is a cyclist and told me that i should look into biking. He told me to go to Now Bikes and look for Paul at the Arden Hills shop. He said if you get the proper bike you will be happy. Well we went there on Sunday and happen to run into a sales associate from the Saint Paul store Mike Johnson. He could see we were beginners and looked for comfortable beginner bikes right away. He took the time to fit us on the bikes and explain how to actually sit and ride a bike, yes you can sit on a bike wrong. It turns out the reason I went numb was because I was not sitting right on the bike. The information he provide us was worth the visit itself. We really felt like he was selling us a bike for our enjoyment and health. He did not try to up sell us on some fancy bike but he did say if you start to enjoy biking this bike will last you forever or you can move to this or this. I am sure he could have talked about bikes forever. Like I said the information he provided was beneficial to us and i could ask him anything with out feeling like it was a dumb question. He answered ever question with very professional... Thank you for the experience.

I have purchased just about everything bike related here most of my life. They are one of the few places that sells Jamis Bicycles and their staff is amazing. No pressure from the sales floor and lots of answers to lots of questions. I think now bikes is a great place to learn about getting in to the sport or just grab new bike for going on rides with the family. They also have a wealth of knowledge on the industry and the manufacturers and are honest in their sales. If your looking for a bike at the very least you should stop into their new shop and check it out.

I called ahead about a specific fat bike. Talked to Mike who had that bike and another ready to go when I got there. Test rode both. He swapped a longer stem on gave me a good deal on the bike and made an adjustment on my kids bike. Super happy! Customer service could not have been better.

I'm not sure I've ever had a bad experience at a bike shop. They all seem to attract intelligent and extremely helpful sales and repair/maintenance staff, and they are always willing to share their knowledge and enthusiasm for biking. That being said, NOW Arden Hills is especially friendly and comfortable, a relaxed atmosphere. They also have a jaw-dropping stock of top-end Tri and Road bikes that make me wish I was 1) younger, 2) richer, and 3) had more leisure time (the last two seem mutually exclusive).
