I Searched all over for the perfect bike. I looked at everything and just couldn't find exactly what I wanted. I was referred to JP, and was told he would take great care of me. JP along with Shea built the bike I was trying to find and built it as if it was their own. The bike is perfect and the experience was fantastic. I would recommend anyone to Lamere Cycles. Checked back in and bought a bike. Very pleased. Full Carbon Fiber, with carbon bars, crank, rims, hub, seatpost. Weight with composit pedals complete is 25lbs, which is quite perfect. Geometry is also great, as the bike rides like a responsive single track mountain bike. Easily pulls into wheelies, tracks/handles just like a regular bike. Feels so nice! The light weight makes it so easy to manage in the snow. Picking it up and over obstacles is a breeze. Just got it at the end of Winter, so haven't been able to ride it on deep snow single track yet. Did ride my normal winding single track that is half buried in snow, and half dirt, with a few jumps and such over dropped logs. Handles as well as my previous bikes! You have to look down at that huge 4" tire to remember you're on a FAT bike. Price was very fair, and bike specced out with XT and carbon HED 26x100 rims. Love it!

I just getting back into biking after taking a hiatus of... most of my adult life. I wandered into the store just to have a look, maybe ask a few questions and see what I could learn. Everyone there was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I probably picked their brains for an hour and, though I know they were busy, they never once made it settem like they were too busy to answer my (incredibly novice) questions. The enthusiasm and passion for the sport shows in their customer service, and it is unmatched. I’ve been to a few bike shops around the twin cities and this will always be the first one I go back to.

These guys are really stoked on biking and having fun and it's pretty awesome seeing them in their element. I stopped in just to check out the shop and try to score a bike box. Not only did they hook me up with a box, but they showed me around and chatted for a while, even though they were closed and were clearly ready to call it a day. Friendly folks. I look forward to running into them on the trails!
