I came in during 2022 Twin Cities Marathon with a flat tire. I was supporting two runners in the marathon and I need some quick help to get me back out there. The staff was very attentive to my needs. I had 2 tires/tubes installed and was out the door within 25 minutes. I was very impressed with the quick service. It allowed me to be able to meet with my runners and keep them going to finish the marathon. Great business and great staff, I will recommend Freewheel Bike to anyone.

Friendly spot- they were quick to get the part in I needed and price and labor were very affordable. They called as soon as it was available (next day!) and installed it while I waited. I will definitely be back for their expertise (even though I am not a trek bike fan it seems to be a great spot with folks very skilled at bike maintenance)

New Electric bike! Aaron was accommodating, informed, had me try it outside with him present. Great service above and beyond. He ordered side bags and emailed when they arrived- the same day! Noah installed a mirror right on the spot. Aaron took pictures and emailed for me to send to family. The whole experience was fun! Great Grand Ave store- will do all business there.

The Freewheel team at the Grand Avenue location recently replaced my bike crank due to a slipping chain. The team was extremely friendly and turned the repairs around within a week. Since the repairs, I have had no issues with the bike. The team was professional and communicated with me throughout the process. Would highly recommend! Thank you to the team for the great work

Patrick at the Grand Ave. store is super knowledgeable and is always willing to see what is going on with my bike. Recently he has rebuilt my front fork and fixed a malfunctioning cable in the dropper seat post, both being done fast and done correctly the first time. The staff are always willing to help and the turnaround time to get your bike fixed is outstanding. Thank you !!
