I have nothing but positive things to say about this shop. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest crew at bike king. Repair costs are VERY reasonable. Lots of integrity, they won't try to sell you unnecessary costly things you don't need like some shops might. I'll always bring my bike here for repairs and maintenance.

Great shop and great service! I'm a heavy-set rider that hasn't hopped on a bike in 20 years. The staff helped me through my questions and concerns and I walked out as proud new bike owner. 25 miles ridden so far and loving it!

Great service and always helpful. My first time there I had several questions about a repair I had to do at home. He answered all my questions and spent a while talking about different issues about the issue I was having, even though I'm certain he would rather have done the repair himself. Super friendly. I go back there now for all my bike part needs. Would give 5 stars if he had a little better selection of used bikes...not all of us can afford new ones for the kiddos.

I am a patron of the bike shop. My experiences here are always informative and enjoyable. The staff and especially the owner are extremely knowledgeable in everything "bicycle". Repairs are meet with a level of professionalism and care not easily found elsewhere. Recommendations made by those working on your bike are not to be taken lightly, these guys eat, breath and sleep bicycles. I highly approve and recommend any skill level cyclist to visit the Bike King, even if it's too just talk shop.

I needed my hybrid bike assembled. I called pretty much all the local bike shop, everyone told me 1-2 weeks wait and prices ranging from $45-120+ (Some only basic assemble no tune-up) Bike King got my bike assembled the day after i dropped it off for $70 including a tune up. The guy even helped me bring in the box my bike was in...unlike the guys at grand performance. The parking/location was nice too unlike varsity in Minneapolis. I highly recommend this place.

Had a flat and was flat broke. They helped me get a new inner tube and gave me more information that was great to know about doing my own repairs. I will definetly be going to them for all my bike problems! They are really nice and the shop has a great atmosphere.

These guys are the best. They answer your questions and find the best fit instead of just selling you a bike. They service bikes with no ridiculous pricing. They also stand behind their sales afterwards. If you need servicing use these guys; nuff said.

I llike this shop. The guys here are legit. You can tell they have a passion for their business as well as their craft. I also like the genuine demeanor of the entire staff. I dont feel like im going to get sold something i dont need. I highly reccomend checking this store out for any bike related needs.

Pretty cool they have tons of bike parts new and old. staff was very nice..cant really say anything about prices cuz I have no clue what any of it is worth. I was there with my 2 grandsons they needed parts and got what they went for no problem! They even had baskets like the one I had On my bike when I was very young. Blast from the past!! 🚲🚴

We went there on the advice of a friend who found her bicycle there. Kip and Bucky were knowledgeable and worked with us on purchasing our new bikes. There was no attempt to "up sell" and they gave us a good price for our trade in bikes. Kind, caring local business that should be supported

I go to this store quite often. Nick and Kip are both very nice and professional and great to BS with. They are also very knowledgeable and have always had answers to my questions. They have a nice selection of bikes as well. Highly recommend them...a nice change from the big, impersonal bike stores.

Prior to stopping at Bike King I went to another bike store in the Twin Cities where I had a hard time getting anyone to help me and I'm so glad I left and went to Bike King. Hidden gem in Inver Grove Heights! This place is exactly why I choose to support small businesses. Kip runs this shop with honesty and integrity. My wife and I bought are not avid cyclists and bought out Giant Cypress bikes on his recommendation. They were exactly what we were looking for at great prices that won't break the bank like the big competitor will.

I Was shopping around for the Enduro Comp, checked Erics bike shop and they told me 2 weeks for delivery. Called Bike King and they said they could order from a specialized warehouse in Ohio (same place Erics gets them) and have it in and built in 4 days. They did just that and were very knowledgeable and courteous. Plus free unlimited adjustments and tuning for the first year. I have found my new go to local bike shop for high quality bikes, component's and service. I Highly recommend Bike King. Check them out.
