Three years ago I bought a Trek bike and all the accessories. Each year I return for a tune up and from day one each and every employee has been super friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely excited about anything having to do with bikes. It's more than just a job to these folks. This year, when my bike rack got damaged, they helped me to find a replacement part. But when it came in, it was incorrect. Anna took the time to personally call the manufacturer to make sure it was not a manufacturing issue. Long story short, I could not get a replacement part any longer that would keep my bike rack able to tilt outward. So she offered me 20% off the newest model bike rack, installed it for me, showed me how everything worked, and off I went on my bike ride! They are always so eager to help! I will continue to bring my business to them and send my friends in their direction. BTW, this was the Menomonee Falls location.

Purchased a Life Fitness E1 cross trainer from Emerys last week. Thanks to Ben for chasing that sale. Ben and a man whose name I've forgotten, sorry, made the delivery to my home.They arrived on time, unboxed the trainer in the garage and set it up where asked. Both men were friendly and professional. Ben took time to explain the set up and how it worked. They removed all the packaging from my garage at the end when they left. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

Bought my first road bike from Brent at the Lisbon Rd Store nearly 25 years ago, then a regular customer of Ben in Menomonee Falls ever since. Kid's bikes, road bikes, hybrid bikes, even cleaning up and keeping running a 30 year old Trek 750 I used as a commuter bike. Oh, fitness equipment for the off-season too! Ben and his brother Brent and all the worker's at Emery's have always been awesome. Have referred many friends to Emery's. This week I called over to Emery's and spoke directly with Ben the owner and explained briefly a story about an employee we have here at the Radisson. This employee either walks to work from Silverspring rain or shine or he rides his bike when not needing repairs. This morning I witnessed him carrying his bike down Main St. because one tire had blown and the other was flat. I explained to Ben what had happened and without question he said... bring the bike over and we will take care of it. I was willing to pay for new tubes to be installed so we dropped off the bike and no less than two hours later Ben arrived at the hotel with a completely different bike with new everything completely ready for Richard and donated this beautiful bike for him. This was unbelievably generous and unexpected to not only our employee but to myself and all of us here at the hotel. I personally want to put this out there to everyone looking for a new or used bike - please go see the staff and Ben over at Emery's bike shop on Main St in the Falls. Ben thank you for your kindness and extreme generosity. You made our day that morning and made us all tear up with the realization that there are really good people out there.

The staff is awesome. They do a great job talking to prospecitve buyers to really find out what the customer is looking for and what then making suggestions based on their knowledge of the equipment they sell. Some places just try to sell customers the most expensive thing they can, but the staff at Emery's -ALL of them- really care about whtat is best for the customer. Their after care service is also great. We have bought 3 new bikes in the past 2 year and would not go anywhere else :) Great family owned business we are pleased to support!

I won’t take my bike anywhere else. Every time I’ve gone there, I’ve received friendly help. The last time I brought my bike in due to a front brake issue. Ben took the time to politely tell me I’m an idiot and then showed me what I was doing wrong. Also, their shop dog is just the nicest pup too!

My new "Go To" bike shop! They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I stopped in to pick up some lube for my bike chain. The staff was so excellent here, I ended up getting a new chain, new pedals and information for a new bike! Also scheduled a tune-up (I love that I don't have to leave my bike there for 3 weeks) for a later date. Based on this experience, they will definitely be my "Go To" stop from now on.

I've been doing business with Emery's in Menomonee Falls for years, exercise equipment, bike repairs, clothing and accessories, and now our new E-Bikes. Ben and Anna ALWAYS remember me when I come in. Anna calls me by name and remembers our friendly banter. The store is a fun environment. The prices are always fair so I while I have shopped around - I don't need to. BUT what really keeps me coming back is the friendly helpful people (Ben and Anna). They have always taken the time to ask me good question to help me identify my needs. They find great product choices and help me understand the benefits that are important to me. I have always enjoyed the products that I have purchased and always felt they fit my needs.

I dropped my bike off on a Thursday. It needed a new rear derailleur, new cables and tune-up. They were able to order the derailleur from Minnesota, had it shipped immediately and had my bike ready for pick up the next day! My bike is running smoothly and I would highly recommend Emery's for any bike needs or repairs.

I honestly can’t say enough about the quality of service at Emery’s. First they helped me pick out the perfect bike for my needs and price range. Their price was better than any other I had checked in an Apples-To-Apples comparison! Price isn’t my biggest reason to recommend Emery’s. It’s after the sale service that has impressed me the most. I have stopped in a few times for minor adjustments to my bike...(and also my wife’s...who DID NOT purchase from Emery’s...) and they immediately took care of the issue. Either at no-charge or a very modest service fee. That’s fantastic and I really appreciated it. Do yourself a favor and patronize Emery’s. We need them in our community. Especially during bazaar, albeit temporarily economic downturn.

Went in on a Saturday with in need of new tubes and tires...........entire staff was extremely helpful and happy to help.......an hour later I was able to pick up and when I returned I had a question about a used bike trailer we had just purchased , Even though it was 15 minutes before closing I was told to go home and return with the trailer. It was then that we were able to figure out how it attached and safety check it. Even going past closing time I was asked if there was anything else I needed. GREAT service like this is impossible to find these days!!! EASY choice to make Emery's our new home for service and product!!! Thanks again to the awesome staff!!!!

They have taken measures to ensure customers' safety during COVID19 by allowing only 2 families in the store at a time (service garage doors were also open). They are friendly, squeezed my son's bike assembly into the service orders for the day and were great when working with my 6 year old. I recently was shopping road bikes, during the coronavirus pandemic which meant the supply of bikes in the area was almost non-existent and every single bike store was overwhelmed with traffic as everyone was looking for a bike to get outside. Ben and his staff in Menomonee Falls were nothing short of phenomenal from a customer service standpoint. Also, their inventory was as good as anyone else in the area. The way they treated me the entire time was unmatched, taking the time to fit me for the correct size, understanding what I was looking for, and finding the best match for my needs. Awesome service! I had two bikes tuned up by Emery's. They quoted me a reasonable price. Then after they looked over the bike, they called with a couple of things that had to be replaced and gave me a quote for those items, which were very reasonable. My fiance and I had a great experience with the Menomonee Falls team both ordering our bikes over the phone as well as pick up. Sadly, COVID impacted our ability to get fully fitted for our bikes but we were thrilled with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was. However, we were able to get our hybrid clip pedals installed and shoes adjusted very quickly after deciding in the store that we wanted to add that to our purchase. Purchased a bike here this summer no other store had. Everyone was really friendly even on the phone. Had to come back for a flat tire a week later, was not expecting that. Fast forward end of summer need help with the gears not going in clicking away my sanity. They helped me, it got better but worse again. Ordered new tires, installed them for me, Cleaned the dirt that was in it and my chain. Tried readjusting the gears. Stayed with me till after close to do some adjustments on the bike and showed me how to take my tires on and off! Thanks for the semi fitting session! Hopefully you do these again very soon! I will test it out on a 50 mi ride. Forgot to mention my neck hurts from looking up while riding and I still need a helmet.😆 Slowly but surely I'll be more prepared. Thanks for taking the time. I'm sure I'll be back before winter with gear changing complaints.😆

When it was time to buy a new treadmill we returned to them because of the trust they had built up servicing our prior treadmill. This is a great bike shop. I have never owned a mountain bike always rode bx. I havent had a bike in about 10 years and I wanted to start riding again. They took there time with me explaining everything and going through it. They weren't pressuring me at all. They weren't trying to sell me a really high price bike. I went to three other bike shops and there were trying to sell me thousands of dollars bike. They got me in a great bike for my needs under 1,000 dollars. I bought a bike for my kid and I will be going back for more needs. It was a great experience.

It started in 1984 I bought 2 bikes from Ben's dad, when we moved to Germantown we went to Emery's because we wanted to get to get some new bikes for my wife and myself, Ben and the the staff were so helpful and friendly they made the buying experience great with fitting and adjustments for 2 years. Since then my two boys have purchased bikes, bike racks, us too, I thought it was such a great family atmosphere I also purchased a treadmill, rower, elliptical, stationary bike and other bicycle accessories. We have known the Emery Family before Richard opened his shop on Fond Du Lac Avenue in1963. My family started buying bikes from Richard shortly thereafter. My parents still have one of those Columbia Bicycles in their garage! I've been exclusively purchasing bicycles, accessories and exercise equipment from Ben since 1990, when his shop was on Menomonee Avenue. Our most recent purchase was a pair of Electra Townie Go 8i's. There is obviously a reason why our relationship with Ben and the Emery Family has continued all these years. Emery’s is definitely the place to go. They are a certified dealer for Trek...which is awesome! So far in my biking career, I have purchased a Trek Speed Concept, Emonda SL 5, Domane AL 2 (for my wife), and numerous bike accessories! All of them are still working fantastically. Great and skillful staff — and Paul [??? dude with the big beard] is entirely beyond cool 😊👍🏻 He saved me about $300 on a new rear wheel by taking out the flat in the rim that I gave it when crashing, then truing, and it was just 20 minutes of chill chat that cost me a mere $20 for service — took it home, re-mounted tube & tire, and was out riding in 15 minutes. Should have brought it over IMMEDIATELY after the incident, but I bumped my head and might not have been thinking smart 😂💦

We hated the onset of winter and relegating our new Trex fx5s (purchased at Emery's in August) to basement storage. So we headed back to check out trainers. Afterer a very patient Anna and Ben delt with a multitude of questions, we are now looking forward to a winter of indoor riding on a Saris smart trainer..... webapps are very realistic. Much better than the old indoor exercise bike. Once we made our mind up, everything was set up, ready to go, no assembly needed... they took the time to clearly explain features etc....
