If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this is the only store you need. The team there works hard to keep the store clean and ready for all your outdoor sports needs. I got my Super73 e-bike there and couldn’t be happier. They have sharpened and waxed my skis and tuned my mountain bikes so all my equipment will run perfectly for years to come. As a ski instructor, I trust this place to have anything I need for the terrain I ski and train on. If you have always gone to the typical bike shops in the area, it’s time for you to make the change and head over to this place, you’ll feel like you’re the most important customer, and know you have quality service and products. Don’t forget to grab a beverage when you’re there in the spacious waiting area! Great place you won’t want to leave! The best bike, ski, outdoors shop around without a doubt!

Customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STAR all the way! We started to meet with Roman who did an excellent job describing the Onewheel options and even got a Onewheel for our boys to try out in the store! The store was busier as we were there for a bit, so we also worked with Nick who finished helping us. Nick was also extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We ultimately purchased and are very happy with the service we received! Thank you Cedar Creek!

I have great things to say about Cedar Creek Outdoors! I visited knowing what I wanted, and with the help of the wonderful staff members, I left with even more great products! The bike section of the store really stood out to me as the products are easy to find, well stocked, and the staff know what they are talking about. Really, what else would you need? Went in looking to buy my first snowboard. Very impressed and please with how great the customer service was. They answered my 1000 questions and got me set up with something I was looking for. What an awesome place! I purchased a new fixie bike (not from here) for commuting and joy riding around. However, in order to keep the warranty I needed to have it professionally assembled. I called to inquire if they could do and and their mechanic Jerod got me all set up. He got the bike ready to ride and back to me by the next day. Very fair pricing too. Great service, really clean and cool setup as far as the store and aesthetics, and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I plan on coming here not only for any bike needs, but also for any other outdoor sporting they carry - snowboards, skis, one wheels. It’s really nice having a place like this in the Cedarburg/Grafton/Port area!

I got my Super73 Ebike from Cedar Creed Outdoors about a week ago and I absolutely love it! Nick, the manager, was very helpful to me in picking out the right bike for what I needed and wanted. Super73 is a new brand and they knew all about it, were able to answer questions quickly and fully. It's the perfect commuter and grocery getter. You can use pedal assist or a throttle so I don't arrive to work a sweaty mess, not to mention this bike is the most fun I've had on two wheels and looks bad*ss. The service team was quick at getting the bike put together for me and I have some accessories coming in and they assured me it will be a quick turnaround. Everyone in the shop was kind, knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun. Cedar Creek Outdoors is the only place I've seen that has the whole selection of Super73, and they have a large stock of other bikes and e-bikes, OneWheels and loads of accessories. Coupled with the rockstar service team, Cedar Creek Outdoors is a one-stop-shop for all your bike needs.

Got my new onewheel GT from Cedarcreek Outdoors today. I couldn’t be any happier with the whole experience! Nick and Jared notified me as soon as the UPS truck dropped off the package. They helped me get it fitted to my liking right away and taught me everything I needed to know before riding. They even charged my battery to ensure longevity. They have any incredible showroom full of bikes, boards/ski, gear, and more! It’s truly the best full service “outdoorsmen” shop around! GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT you won’t be disappointed.

I was lucky to come across a 60cm 1984 Raleigh Team USA Road bike. This thing is nearly like new. It hadn't been rode in years and was in major need of a tune up. Took it to the great staff at Cedar Creek Outdoors, who actually were impressed at my find. They made the wheels perfect and cleaned off all dried on lubricants from the drivetrain, adjusted so it shifts perfectly, and adjusted the brakes at a great price. Just rode it and it was FLAWLESS! Highly recommend for getting your bikes in good working order. Also got some quality accessories too! Thanks again, I'll be back!

I came in for gloves and a wax for my board and I’m amazed by how friendly and prepared the staff is! Everyone is awesome, the boy and the girl at the front are great. They did an amazing job with my board and I would definitely come back, this is my favorite shop now!!! Nick, and Zak and Emma and Rome and Ethan were all wonderful!!!

Everyone here is super knowledgeable in outdoor sports! The Manager and all the staff is super friendly. I came in looking for a new snowboard and had no idea what I was looking for or needed to be looking for and they got me fitted for one. I purchased a full set up (jacket, pants, boots, gloves, bindings and a board) and took it out 3 days later and it was absolutely killer! Everything fit perfect and rode smoothly! Thanks guys!

This is the spot! We stopped in to look at skis and worked with probably one of the most knowledgeable people i've ever talked with regarding ski equipment. You can tell Nick and even the rest of the staff there not only talk the talk, but they walk the walk. Kept it simple for us to understand what we were looking at, but if you had a technical question, Nick could literally go into the finest detail of the product. We stopped into the Eriks store in Grafton after this, and we felt out of place, and like we were talking to absolute uneducated children in comparison. The store in Grafton wasn't even busy and no one even greeted us at the door! We spent about 15 minutes in there, talked to someone who had no idea what they were talking about and left without anything. We came back to Cedar Creek and loaded up on everything we needed, plus xmas gifts for other family members. Well laid out store, tons of selection, complementary beverages were a very nice touch as well. But the customer service and technical expertise is what sold us. Staff greeted us, were present but not overwhelming and keeping an eye on us. But when we were ready to talk product, we were well taken care of. Coming from retail experience myself, can truly appreciate the overall experience I had in this store and haven't been that happy to spend that much money in awhile. Its nice to see staff that actually seem to enjoy their job, and looks like they have fun while doing it. The community is lucky to have a store like this with a well educated and fun staff to work with. Wish you guys the best. I was in from out of town and they were able to show me their large variety of skis and help me narrow down the best ski for me, as well as mounting my bindings the same day (within an hour!). Been to maybe only ALL the shops in Milwaukee area at one time or another for odd things. I can HONESTLY say that I am blown away at the service at CCO. Jared and Chris performed some purely perfect magic on my fat bike. Another shop had butchered a wheel build, but these guys @ CCO not only fixed it, but in record time as well as perfectly re-built flawlessly. Simply amazing service! GET HERE. Ride, bike, walk, peddle, trike, drive. However you sport around, get here. Awesome service by awesome staff. My simple tire tube replacement was happily accepted, fixed quickly and then my recumbent bike was given a thorough once-over for safety and performance. New tires may be in my future but not today. Today I ride away a loyal customer. And for all that attention.... a service bill less than what I paid the last time i needed a tube for this bike....but with a whole lot more value-added care. Went in to get flat tires filled and ended up having old handlebars replaced, brakes fixed, pedal clips removed, and tire valve converter given. Just had to pay low cost for the new handlebars.
