My partner & I used bikes last night for the first time in several years. I realized this morning that I only got one text confirming the bike was docked back in. Went back to the station this morning to push it in & received text, so it was my fault! Communicated with the rep via text & they were able to adjust my payment so I wasn't charged for 10+ hours of bike time I didn't use. Appreciate the service & good customer experience! Just make sure you get it docked before you leave.

We purchased 2 day passes and had a blast riding the electric bikes around the city. The one issue we had was at the furthest north kiosk they were completely full so we had to leave our bikes not locked up. They came shortly after to reduce the clutter and to get our bikes.

Very fun to use! I’ve been able to utilize these bikes in tosa and downtown. Very affordable and are often cheaper than Uber ;)

I rode a Bublr bike to and from Summerfest. Everything worked great. A day or two after, Bublr called asking if the bike was returned. I assured them it was and they seemed happy. But then I started fearing the worst, assuming that I didn't properly click it in to return it, and thru my negligence it was easily stolen and used in an anti-vaccination rally. My fears were confirmed when several days later Bublr posted a $114 charge to my card. I figured, fine, guess I just won't feed the kids for two weeks. When I called Bublr about the charge, the guy said it was a mistake and cleared it up. He said sometimes when the bikes are returned after midnight, the computer is reset for the day so they've had erroneous charges like this. Use Bublr bikes. Call to ask about any odd charges.

My wife and I rented some of these bikes for the first time in Milwaukee and we had a blast! It was so meh fun and the bikes were in wonderful condition! Will definitely use them again!

Bublr provides the perfect bike for adventuring around the city as well as getting from point A to point B most likely quicker than the bus and just as cheap! Very easy to use and super fun
