Had an awesome experience buying my 2021 Ibis Ripley from Shaun, literally found him on a fluke looking for a Rocky Mountain dealer. He was able to give me the upgrades on the bike that I wanted for a fraction of the costs and let me totally customize the bike to my personal preference while they were building the bike. Have to give a big shoutout to the mechanic Pete, this guy changed the tires on the bike 3 times before I ever found the ones I wanted and did it with a smile! Also had the pleasure of dealing with Angel the head of marketing, she really went above and beyond to get the answers I was wanting on the bike before the purchase. Can’t say enough good things about N+1 I will definitely be back!

Wow, just wow. N+1 Bikes is a great place to go if you’re looking for quality bikes and exceptional service. Angel and Lyle were super attentive, asking great questions about my needs and what I wanted to get out of my first mountain bike. They each took time to show me the available inventory, walk me through all aspects of the bikes, and share how these bikes would be great options for me based on my needs. They provided all this in a no-pressure environment, giving me time to make sure I made the best choice. I had a great experience with N+1 bikes. I was concerned purchasing a bike that would be shipped to me, but Shaun was always available to answer my questions and help customize my bike. The bike was delivered a week from the purchase date and was extremely well packed. All I had to do was attach the handle bars and pedals and it was ready to ride. Also, big thanks to Pete at N+1 for answering a few mechanical questions. Great shop and customer service that I highly recommend.

I purchased a new Ibis Ripley from N+1 Bikes after receiving numerous recommendations to check them out from the Ibis owners group on Facebook. They gave me a great deal on a new 2022 bike with several upgrades. My salesman, Brandon, was super responsive and kept me well informed throughout the process, from the moment it was received from Ibis to the minute it shipped out from the shop. Their packing of the bike was excellent and made reassembly a super simple task. It was a great experience and I could not be happier with the bike!

You can tell how much they love the sport by the quality of services they deliver and interactions you have with them when you are in the store. From the moment Angel first responded almost immediately to my request for info and pricing, to the day my new Ibis Ripley arrived, I was blown away by everyone's commitment at N +1 Bikes to get me the bike of my dreams! Angel listened to my requests and even convinced me to upgrade a few notches to a bike that would fulfill all my needs and wishes. Shaun even took the time to call me on some sizing questions and also to confirm my request for a brake upgrade and dropper post swap. Can’t recommend n+1 highly enough. I bought a ripmo af deore build with upgraded brakes and shifter. Angel and Shaun were great to deal with. They actually notified me about a pending price increase on the bike and got me a great deal. They seem to really prioritize customer service over everything. Wish it was my LBS but thankfully they will ship everywhere.

Incredible customer service and knowledge. Had two A++ experiences. Purchased my new favorite chamois, helmet, gloves, tools, accessories and tires. They were able to change out my tires on the spot for me! I really felt taken care of. Feels very custom and unique in there, right up my alley with all of your bike needs. I submitted the "Get a Quote" form on their website after hearing about N+1 Bikes from a buddy who knew I was searching high and low for a Ripmo and was absolutely having no luck getting an XL in a timely manner. Angel called me very shortly afterwards. We chatted and she got the ball rolling immediately. Both her and Shaun were very knowledgeable, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to work with! Less than a month later and my Ripmo arrived at my house in the midwest! Pretty much an effortless process on my part. Angel has since followed up a couple of times to confirm that the bike arrived and that all was good. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and with the bike!
