I just bought the greatest mountain bike ever and I can’t stop riding it. The awesome staff at Trek are honest and helpful, and the whole purchase experience was amazing. They will help you find YOUR perfect bike and tune it to your riding style. I ride my mountain bike on all sorts of terrain and keep pace with paramotorists in air. My new bike is AMAZING!

Great store to take care of everything you need for your bikes! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. No pushy sales attempts, but rather listening to what you’re looking for and filling your need. Although I haven’t used it yet, they have a complete maintenance and repair facility. We would highly recommend searching for your ride at Trek of Henderson.

These guys were so helpful!! They got my kiddo back on the road with a more permanent plan in place to protect his tires. They searched for a location that had the item I needed as it is backordered through the manufacturer. They got me in and out in about 30 minutes and explained everything to me. It was a little more money than I thought (I am have never been to a bike shop so I wasn't sure what to expect) but I feel that it was COMPLETELY worth the money! Thank you so much!

I don't post reviews a lot but I have to this time because this is the best Bicycle shop in Vegas. All the staff are really nice and welcoming. Shout out to Kevin and the gentleman with long curly hair lol I'm sorry I didn't get the chance to ask his name. They helped me fix my bike and I appreciate that they care about the safety of the rider and the bike itself. I highly recommend this place. Plus the shop is super neat!

Vegas is mostly flat. Hot too! I wanted a ride that I didn't need much preparation or maintenance. Wanted a Cruiser. I couldn't find one in The Bay, but there's plenty here! I searched and ordered a bike on "hold" from the Trek website. No money down, just come within 24 hours. I planned to purchase on the weekend and Cayla said "no worries, I'll hold it for you!" Sho'nuf my bike was ready. I picked up a basket and cable lock. Joe, the service manager, safety checked it and installed the basket. Cayla walked me out and helped load new whip on my car. Fabulous service and hospitality!

Had an electric bike fixed that I didn’t even buy from them. They charged me $20 when I expected at least 5 times that amount. But what is far more impressive is how overly nice and professional everyone was. Such a rarity to have everyone in the store be so cordial. Something to be recognized nowadays where customer service is so severely lacking. Any future bike purchase of mine will be made here!

I like the fact that they only sell high-quality products. Products that last a long time are peace of mind. Regarding your services, I appreciate that Jonathan recently reached out to me regarding a camera mount part that I wanted for my helmet that I purchased at my local Henderson, NV Trek store earlier in 2022. As bad as drivers are these days, I'm almost afraid to ride my bike without a camera mounted on the helmet. It's a must to have a video camera in our vehicles. It's unfortunate that most people causing accidents lie to their insurance companies about who caused the accident. Jonathan did some research and found out that the part had been discontinued. He tried to locate a mount at a different store. His solution was to give me a brand new matching helmet with the magnetic mount attached. I really appreciate that Jonathan took the time to reach out to me and let me know that I hadn't been forgotten. This level of accountability in retail is sorely missing these days and so it's very refreshing to know that I can count on my local Henderson, NV Trek store and it's employees looking out for their customers and going above and beyond, if necessary, to meet their customer's varying needs. Thanks!
