Boy, was I nervous ordering my Bafang BBSHD conversion kit. I could have gone with Amazon but I liked the way EUNORAU had an easy to order format for exactly the parts that I wanted/needed. The shipping was fast and I had each of my post-sales questions answered within 24hours by Doris. I almost took one star off because I was disappointed to find that I had to solder anderson connectors onto the battery and there was NO mention of needing to do any soldering, but EUNORAU supplied the right cables and with a little extra work, I got the job done. Everything else works perfectly and the customer service was great.

I own a Eunorau 750w fat tire cargo tricycle. I received excellent service from the facility in Las Vegas. I ordered my trike in the middle of the pandemic in June 2020. Patience paid off. It came in October and I've been riding it ever since. It's got more pros than cons. The headlight bracket needs to be repositioned so it doesn't shine into the front basket. Overall, it's an excellent electric assist bike at an economical price. It takes a bit getting used to riding a trike but it's a lot of fun! It has a wooden plywood cover in the rear basket so no spray in rainy weather. Also, it folds! It's a great bike.

Purchased G20 cargo ebike, AWD Fat ebike, and a few mid-drive motor kits from Eunorau. Cargo and fat were very difficult to assemble out of the box - I've done 40+ different ebike assemblies and these were by far the most challenging. Cheap components like wheels, headsets etc., but you get what you pay for in most cases. The AWD's shifting was impossible to index properly, so I replaced the shifter and derailleur. which solved the problem. Also found that the machining of the G20's seattube was uneven, and must use different-length seatposts to accommodate different-height riders. Kits are all good, and ebikes' batteries too. Performance is as-expected, which is why I give 3 stars.

I'd been looking at getting an e-bike for quite some time, as I'm getting old, and pedaling up hills hurts a lot more now than it used to 30 years ago. A friend of mine recommended this one to me. The bike itself is pretty sturdy.
