Im surprised to see so many negative reviews! I’ve always had a really great experience every time I’ve gotten my nails done. Staff is very friendly and my nails always looked great.

Liz is absolutely amazing! She gives me the best pedicures and had great suggestions on keeping your feet moisturized. Her massages with the upgraded services are WONDERFUL!!! I highly recommend you book her! I like the scent of the green tea spa pedicure but she recommended the lavender recently and I have zero regrets!

I am an African American woman who has gone to this salon for years & always saw the same manicurist. In the past, I had silk wraps put on my nails. For the past year & a half, I changed to gel wraps & polish. When I had my manicure in May, the manicurist told me that the polish I choose might chip. Yesterday she told me that the light pink polish that I chose didn’t compliment my skin tone. She also stated that the polish wasn’t the best quality & might peel. I was very disappointed & hurt after receiving this type treatment.

Salon Jade has a lovely staff that are very skilled. I get pedicures here every few month and they leave my big feet feeling amazing and for a reasonable price . There is free parking in the lot next to the Starbucks so take advantage of that. I can definitely highly recommend the salon.

It was quiet. I've been here like one other time but it seemed like they were not fully booking bc of covid. My wife told me to get a spa pedicure. That was good. They did a good job here. I almost fell asleep. At one point I had bags on my feet. Didn't expect that one but it was a good 30 min visit.

Tita is a total joy. And a great talent with hair. Often I need a cut last minute and she's extremely accommodating for a walk in even if they are super busy. She might say "come back in an hour" and will squeeze me into a busy day. Not only does she deliver with her hair skills, she's fun and easy to talk to - we laugh so much. I'm thankful to have a neighborhood salon with a friendly vibe. Thanks Tita!

Generally the staff is really good, some of them are ehh. I like the procedures they put in place and how conscious they are about ensuring that everyone's practicing Coronavirus preventive measures.
