Lin and Tony are amazing. Everyone is always so kind. Been visiting them for over 5 years. If there is ever a problem they are always willing to fix it. The whole staff are amazing. I went somewhere else once because they were very busy and I was being impatient and was not happy with where I went. I regretted doing so as it cost me more and the quality was not up to par. I won't go anywhere else again. Thank you to the entire staff for taking such good care of me. I appreciate you all.

Had virgin nails before wanting to try something different. I am now a routine SNS fill-in mani / gel pedi customer here, and get compliments on the unique artistry of the nail design. You definitely want to go in knowing exactly what you are asking for (a picture helps), but will not be disappointed with the technicians employed by Tony, and his wife, Lynn. I wish I could give 4.5 stars, but the wait is atrocious during peak hours. They do not accept appointments, but are loyal to their regulars. Best nail techs in all of Westchester, and reasonably priced too!

I've been looking for a nail salon in my area for years and came across this Nancy Nails a few months ago...The owner is AMAZING and always welcoming. The last time I came here the lady that took care of me had a attitude. I brushed it off. So today I came in for a mani and a filling and the same lady took care of me. She still had a attitude and was aggressive with my hands and told me I went somewhere else to do my nails, which I haven't. Asked her to do a design and she got a attitude and started to rush me and told me that I am taking up her time. I ENDED UP NOT GETTING THE DESIGN I WANTED AND SHE DIDNT DO MY NAILS RIGHT, MY NAILS WHICH ARE NATURAL ARE NOW CROOKED. Thank God I atleast like the color. Now I have to come back and pay again to get my nails done right. I will not be going back to her! Andy, Tony and all the other ladies are nice except the lady at the 2nd desk to your right!

My first time experience at New Nancy was amazing. Lin & David made me feel so welcomed from the second I walked in. I worked with Alex for my pedicure and was so impressed with his patience and work! Then I worked with Tony-I gave him an idea with an ombré SNS to start and he blew me away with his professionalism and attention to detail. I’m obsessed with my nails!

Staff is polite and respectful. As for the pedicure they don’t offer any specialty’s just a basic clean, scrub, & paint. They don’t use plastic liners for their pedicure bowls sadly. Over all the business isn’t too bad just could improve a little more in the cleaning of the pedicure station.

I’ve been here twice already and love the time and effort put toward doing my nails. Whomever the gentleman is that does mine is VERY articulate (I’ll ask his name the next time... “Third time’s a charm”). I didn’t provide five stars for two reasons only... My first “spa pedicure” here was excellent but my second (and done by a different person but understandably so) was not as I was barely massaged and my feet are still hard despite the little scrubbing that was done to remove the dead skin. I wish there was more spa pedicure choices to choose from/more massaging and that the cleanliness be up to par for Covid-prevention standards. Otherwise, I’d recommend this place for their quality and prices.

I've been coming here since I was teenager to get my nails done and I still come till this day as an adult. They are very professional, hospitable, and accommodating to my needs. Massage chairs are amazing and the facility is also clean and neat! I have been able to always schedule an appointment and relieve the best care needed for my nails and waxing needs. If I was able to give more then 5 stars I would!!! Shout to Lin and Tony who always take care of me when needed even in emergency!!!

Second time getting a gel nail manicure in my life and I was pleased with the results. Price was reasonable too. The manicure lasted more than 2 weeks before I wanted a color change. No signs of lifting. It probably would’ve lasted even longer!

Great experience getting my Gel Tips done and Gel pedicure.. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the lady was rushing to do my nails and I want my nails to be as nice as what I'm paying for make it worth my money but my nails came out very nice

They did good work and they take credit card but their hygiene practices are lacking - they didn't ensure everyone coming in sanitized/washed their their hands, there was no plastic barrier at the desk, and they didn't pour out the dip powder into it's own container (me and everyone else dipped our fingers into the same container).
