Very clean salon. One of the only salons that I've ever seen staff cleaning the pedicure basins/bath. Friendly staff and kind workers. They actually engage customers in conversation. And the cute white lap dog that sits by the door is so friendly. Great wine while doing pedicure.

I've been coming here for awhile now and always have great service. I get a dip manicure and they do the best job. Ann and Rihanna give really great manicures and are very friendly. Honestly though everyone that works there knows what they are doing and always take the time and do an excellent job. Highly recommended!

I am super happy with my experience here today. My nails were in rough shape after 3 months of shelter in place and my regular place (which I wasn't too happy with my last few times) was not answering the phone for appointments and I decided to give Pro Nails a try. First, the woman who answered the phone and made my appointment was just so friendly and personable. When I arrived, I was a little early for my appointment so I had to wait outside for a few minutes (no big deal, I was early and there are still restrictions in place). When she brought me in to sit down I saw everyone in masks and there were partitions between customers and workers for protection (yay!). My technician (I am kicking myself for not asking her name) was very nice, asked a lot of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and chatted a little (great amount of small talk). She was very thorough and careful to make sure she wasn't hurting me. I saw her clean tools before and after using them. The other staff members were also pleasant (the lady at the counter was really nice). I love my nails and I am SO pleased that I tried out Pro Nails. I will be coming back!

Fyi- Sundays are cash only My daughter and I got pedicures, and she also got a manicure. I added on the wax treatment with my pedicure, so it was a bit pricey at the end. I also got my eyebrows done. I would not recommend anyone getting their brows done, I hate mine. The pedicure and manicure was well done though.

I was calling all day to set up an appointment on a Monday and was unable to get thru. I called from 10 AM to 6 PM. I left a message to see if that helps any. Never had this happen before very surprised. I was not aware that the salon was closed on Mondays. I received a call from the salon rep explaining and offered me an appointment. Thank you pro nails.

First time going yesterday! I was highly impressed with them!! I usually go to a nail salon in MD, but decided to go to this one because of the good reviews they have. I made the right decision. My nails looks absolutely stunning and just perfect. They really know how to shape the nails to perfection which I’m always worried about in other salons doing. This is my new favorite nail salon!!

Remarkable place! Pure professionals, very friendly, and great at what they do. All fluent English speaking. You can even have wine with your manicure (my favorite part in the ultimate pampering!). They don't rush you either, and take time to provide great service.

Going to Pro to see Ann and Gucci is literally my favorite part of the month. Always professional but always keeps me laughing and in style. My nails always look 💯 and I love laughing with my girl. Gucci is always professional and is always dressed to the 9’s. I will only ever get my nails and waxing done by Ann and Gucci. If you want your life to be on point your nails and brows need to be on point and Ann will do that for you. Love love love her. Karen’s and Ken’s need not apply.

I went here twice both times were fine. I experienced no problems. I got a refill and a cut down *which they charge $3 for and I had no idea. I didn't care about the $3 it was the unexpected fee for it. Prices should've been posted in neatly written handwriting and placed in an inevitably hard to miss spot. I will be going back mainly because the other close nail salon, nail art, at prices corner shopping center is horrible. I literally was in so much pain I had tears falling. The girl was wayy too rough she didn't care even when I told her It was hurting. They had cold air nail dryers. And they didn't do a good job at all.

The owner is the best nail tech hands down, they have so many colors to choose from that your head will spin. The service is somewhat questionable. The receptionist will offer beverages and is friendly. The owner doesn't take appointments at all, 1 time they told me to wait 20mins for her to run next door to BJ's but it was 45 min because she had to restock the water and sodas. It was unprofessional and should have been done before or after business hours. The owner could brush up on professional development and customer service.

The Technician spent 3 and a half hours working on my nails when I only asked for a full set of nails and a color the front looks good but she kept Filing to the point I bled and the back of my nails look bad she didn’t trim down my nails to put the acrylics on.

Amazing technicians and great costumer service! I'm in there every three to four weeks because their nails last really long. You can even get repairs such as a rhinestone or chip paint fixes for free.

They could lower there prices expecally sense that don't do nails correctly. every time I go it look like my nails have already outgrown.I have to request for them to pain to the edge of my nail bed... they do have good customer service for the most part. & it's kept really clean

I was told this place was very nice and to ask for Melissa well she did my pedicure nice however don't know if her day was thrown off because I was suppose to get sport and a certain flower on my toe design that didn't happen and she forgot to do the wax at the end so it was a basic pedicure which I was very disappointed the beverage was good though won't be back

Sooo 4 ☆'s because I like them the day she did them they ain't look to bad 🤗.. even though they have a bit odd shape lmao (like the thickness) the 3rd day the nails look not painted all the way at the sides of the nails and started breaking off from the cuticles a bit ☹ 70 dollars pooped down the drain 🤷🏻‍♀️ never payed that much for nails normally I go elsewhere but they was the only ones open that late..
