It's hard to know where to start with my experience. Lol 😆, from the minute you walk in, Fee welcomes you so warmly and it's so refreshing and heartwarming. Her shop is absolutely stunning, love the way she decorated it. If you're nervous, don't be, it was my first tattoo ever and she explains the process step by step and ensures that you're as comfortable as possible. You also receive instructions for preparing for your appointment. She is highly skilled in her craft, as you can see in her work on her websites. Before and aftercare instructions are easy to follow. It's easy to see her dedication and passion for her work and her clients, and she is so courageous and inspirational. You don't just feel like you are receiving a service, but you really feel special, especially when you receive your cute little aftercare pouch. Thank you, thank you so much. I sincerely, hardly had any eyebrows, LOL 🤣 and I was so sick of drawing them on.

If you’re like me and have been contemplating permanent makeup, NOTO is definitely the place to go! From the very first time I spoke with Fee she was extremely sweet and professional, it is apparent how much her business means to her. She walked me through every single step of the process, and rather than giving me a one size fits all type of eyebrow, Fee involved me in the mapping stage of my eyebrows. It is very clear that Fee values the input of her customers, and wants nothing more but for us to leave happy. I LOVE my eyebrows, they look amazing, and I get frequent compliments. If I could rate this business more stars I would, I definitely will be coming back when it’s time for my annual touch up!

The salon is so cute and cleanly. I felt welcomed and relaxed from the moment I walked in. Fee makes you feel like family. Not to mention my brows look amazing! The cleanliness of the salon was impeccable. Fee was diligent about washing hands and changing gloves, she showed me the sterilized unopened needle before we began. She checked in on me often to make sure I was not in any discomfort. Once the process was completed she provided me with an aftercare kit in a cute little makeup bag and took the time to explain how to care for my brows at home to ensure that I get the perfect results.

So I just went in for a consultation and I have not yet used her services but I feel very compelled to leave a review and I’m that person that usually never leaves one. I called the business the day before my consultation and left a voice message. Fee called me back some hours later and just from the pleasantness of the phone conversation I was already feeling pretty happy and confident and very hopeful. The following day, I went in for my consultation appointment and that place is just so beautifully decorated. Just the perfect amount of decor and very tasteful. The atmosphere is just so cozy, welcoming and smelled so good! It just so happened that she was finishing up with a customer who had come in for the same service I was looking into and so I coincidentally got to see the work on another client and it was just gorgeous! Even just seeing Fee’s interaction with the client made me feel so confident that I was at the right place. She was very honest with me during my consultation and I feel like I can really trust her to do what’s best for me. She is truly very knowledgeable about even the little intricacies that may influence the outcome of any procedure. When you arrive Fee warmly welcomes and thanks you. As you enter you notice that her studio is meticulously clean, beautifully decorated, freshly scented and relaxing music plays softly in the background. Wow, first impressions! I'll admit that this being my first visit, I was nervous. No more worries because Fee made sure that I was pain free and comfortable throughout my session. For my birthday I really wanted powder eyebrows but I had to find the right individual who I can trust my face with. A family member recommended NOTO with flying colors they stated the owner was very professional and great at her craft. I made an appointment and I was definitely not disappointed from start to the finish. As I stepped into her establishment I felt very welcome. Everything about this establishment made me feel relaxed and excited. It was exceptionally clean the decor was gorgeous and the customer service was off the charts. The owner told me what to expect and she made sure I was relaxed. As she began I knew I was going to love the outcome. She made sure I was numb and she took her time and she is such a perfectionist. I knew this because she took her time and made sure everything was mapped out perfectly. Always checking to make sure I was ok and not feeling any discomfort. Once my eyebrows was done I was so in love with them. If I was to rate this establishment and 10 was the best I would give a 20. The owner went over the instructions and what to expect in the next few days and I received a little goodie bag. I am a very happy and pleased customer. I will definitely be back for the shading of the lips. If you are looking for a great place that does exceptional work for eyebrows and lips this is the spot please do not look any further. Since it’s a permanent service, my fear was always what if I don’t like it… or what if it doesn’t look right! I saw her ads on Facebook, I looked her up for months and did my recherche…. I don’t know if Fee uses an especially effective numbing agent but I’ve had this process done elsewhere years ago and it was not pain free. I would highly recommend her services. This gal really knows what she’s doing. She is a perfectionist and spent quite a lot of time with me. My situation was a little bit of a challenge because I needed to adjust the color and also have them re-defined. LOVE MY BROWS! I never really had much in the way of brows to begin with, but after having my son, it was almost non-existent. Nobody told me, but apparently pregnancy can do that to you. She put my mind at ease and showed me the new unwrapped needle before each session. Also, I watched her meticulous attention to cleanliness. ( I used to be in food service so I am very vigilant about cross-contamination. Fee was spot on with washing hands and changing gloves.) I highly recommend Fee for any work you want done. PROFESSIONALISM AT ITS BEST!!! For permanent make up, Fee is your person. Consider having work done at this establishment an experience. Fee is amazing!!! My twin sister, niece and I all had work done by Fee and we all feel the same way about her. She responded to our inquiry promptly, we scheduled a ZOOM consultation and she went over everything in detail. Her site is very detailed as well. She works out of a studio and I was blown away when I arrived on the day of my appointment. It was everything one would want: a woman’s haven, clean, smelled marvelous, had my preferred music playing, and the bathroom was CLEAN. I knew I had picked the right person for the job. She even wiped down thoroughly after working on me before starting my sister’s work. She is very knowledgeable but was 💯 open to what we wanted and professionally advised and guided us. We were not rushed at all. All 3 of us got our eyebrows done. She takes pride in her work and guaranteed us she wouldn’t have us leaving looking like we were “winking” or “angry bird” (these were her words)… had us cracking up:). We are all very happy with the work we received. She did a MARVELOUS job, we look amazing and are definitely going back to her if we decide to get something else done. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to beauty services. First of all, Fee is so friendly, after one convo on the phone you feel instantly comfortable . Then you get there and she welcomes you like she’s so excited because she’s about to catch up with an old friend😊.
