I have been doing my lash lift here for so long 5 stars they never disappoint! Last Friday, I did my lash lift and brow lamination for the first time. They looked beautiful right after the appointment and the first 24h without getting them wet. I was happy with the results. Until I washed them the next day I noticed they started to go down in less than 5 days. It could be bc my hair type. Tbh I was disappointed, now my brows kinda messy from the edges some hair is sticking out up and down. If u have thick brow hair not worth spending the money. Brow gel will do better job. I will still go again for my lash lift they are amazing with lash lift. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Lindsey did my lash lift and it looks amazing! Professional as soon as I got there, and the whole lift only took 30 minutes. I left my contacts in because I forgot to bring my case but it was done so fast it didn’t even bother my eyes. No burn or anything. I have short asian lashes but they curled so nice!

Josie is awesome, she is so fast and thorough and her lashes look awesome. I went to another salon before being recommended to DC Lash Bar and I am so happy I changed. Josie can perform a full set in an hour or less while my old salon took at least two hours each time just for fills. Also the salon is clean and beautiful and all the girls are welcoming. I've had eyelash extensions for going on 3 years now and only once I switched to Josie at DC Lash bar did I start receiving compliments from so many strangers. Everyone always says how natural they look too which is the best compliment!

My technician, Huyen, was so kind and patient and really took the time to understand the look I wanted (natural, where it wouldn't look funny if I was wearing no other makeup). I got lashes done a few weeks ago by Josie. I am so amazed on how well she did! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she recreated the look I wanted and more! I’ve been here multiple times and I am never disappointed. The staff is super friendly and personable. I love how I can change up my look depending on events I need to attend or if I want a more casual look. I HIGHLY recommend DC lash bar!!

This was the first time I had my lashes done and Lash Bar was first class. The environment is pretty and relaxing. The staff is friendly and answer all of your questions. The process is kind of wild, but after a while became relaxing. My lashes looked AMAZING. I got so many compliments and didn't need mascara or eye make up at all for about 10 days. I'll definitely go again for fills or special occasion.

I tried out DC Lash Bar because of a Gilt deal, and I'm so happy I did! I really like how they try to customize your preference and style. I didn't really take care of my first set and had barely any lashes remaining for my two week fill and Rorrie did an AMAZING job in the mere hour she had to put as many lashes as she could -- and they're still there (granted I'm taking care of them better). I also recommend that you purchase the concentrate they have with the bottle. Normally, you think think these type of things dont work, but this helped tremendously with the maintenance of my lashes. Definitely will be going back and taking advantage of the December deals!

I had a classic set of extensions done by Josie 5 days ago. The salon was nice and the procedure was very comfortable. (BTW-while placing them, she worked on the right eye at two separate times). When I left the salon, they looked beautiful !! However, immediately after (during the ride home) and within the hour, several of my new lash extensions spontaneously fell out of my left eye, the right eye was fine. I called the salon and was advised to return. I returned less than 48 hours later and Carol quickly "reapplied" some extensions to the affected eye. Now, 3 days after follow-up (5 days after initial visit), while following the instructions regarding care of the extensions, including brushing the lashes, many extensions are falling out of my left eye (right eye is fine). So, after only 5 days, it looks like over 30 % of the extensions on my left are are already gone. This is distressing especially given the $330.00 price tag. ( BTW- I sleep on my back and there is no anatomical or other difference between my eyes). I absolutely love the extensions but am unsure what to do at this point. However, I would welcome a reasonable solution to this problem.

I love lash bar, I have gone for eyelash tint and perm, and now for eyelash patch, to make sure I don't get any irritation with my lashes. The costumer service is great, and the place is so nice and clean, they make you feel comfortable. I will go for my eyelash extension in a week, can't wait.

I came to DC Lash Bar initially to try out lash extensions for my wedding day. While I was there I discovered that they also do spray tans. While I was waiting to check out and make my next appointment I started chatting with Audri. She was not only going to be the one to do my spray tan, but when she found out I was trying out services for my wedding she couldn’t wait to help! She got me booked with one of their best lash artists and we had a long conversation about what kind of look I was going for with my spray tan. When I came in for my appointment she made sure we were 100% on the same page about my spray tan desires and we had a great conversation during the whole process. My spray tan turned out WONDERFUL! She gave me a look that was beautifully bronzed and gave me a perfect natural glow. I went back for my wedding spray tan on a Wednesday and by my wedding on Saturday my tan was still looking as good as the day I got it. Not only did she give me the best tan I’ve ever had, but she provided me with EXCELLENT customer service, set me up with an awesome lash artist, and took a genuine personal interest in making sure everything was perfect for my wedding day. That level of customer care is so rare and I cannot recommend Audri highly enough!!

I come to DC Lash Bar for lash perms and Carol does an amazing job. I have very straight lashes and getting them permed by Carol cuts keeps me looking wide awake and put together all day. I no longer use a lash curler (something I couldn't live without) and have more growth then ever before. This is a game changer - highly recommend!

Mai Do is amazing! I went to her at the Arlington/Ballston location for a Classic Full Set and then back for my fill. She takes her time to really achieve the look you’re going for. I love how low maintenance the extensions are and how they provide such an effortless look! I now don’t wear any makeup to work during the weekdays and even my “going out” face takes 5 minutes :) highly recommend for those that are busy/don’t like to mess around with makeup.

Service was good, but I was never happy with the end result. It was the first time I got lashes so I don't know if this is normal buy my actual lashes felt a lot and now I just look weird. I also don't think they should offer money for you to leave a review. Makes doubt all reviews here and in other pages.

BEST SPRAY TAN EVER. Seriously. I went to get a spray tan before my vacation last month, Stephanie was super sweet and helpful picking out my color and offering suggestions along the way. I've tried a ton of different spray tans from various at home methods, to machines to other airbrush applications and this was the most natural looking tan with the least amount of "fake tan" smell. The tan lasted easily over a week, didnt rub off on all my clothes and faded naturally not dotted like others I've tried. Worth the price. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space, friendly staff and the results are fantastic. I did a hybrid set 4 days ago and so far no noticeable shedding. Will return for a 3-week fill before my vacation and then probably only for special events. I took off one star because the prices are seriously outrageous compared to other salons in the DMV.

I had been to DC Lashbar many times - all good experiences. This most recent time, however, the lash lift I had done was too curly and needed to be corrected. They quickly scheduled me a corrective session with Lindsey the following day (no charge), and the lashes she redid turned out beautifully. The salon even refunded the tip I paid out to the first practitioner (whose work wasn’t bad, just not for me). I will definitely be back.

I’m extremely picky with my lashes and whenever I fly to DC, this is the place I‘ll get them done! I got a lash lift when I was here a few months ago and the lady made my natural lashes look like fake ones with an amazing lift + I got many compliments. Loved the result! They were also super accommodating when I accidentally missed my appointment as I had a late flight in and slept in - instead of charging me, they offered another slot that suited me.

Couldn’t be more disappointed. Went for a lash lift, came out with lashes that didn’t look any different whatsoever than when I went in (straight lashes with the slightest curl at the base). Complete waste of $100. Update: After calling to express my total dissatisfaction, I was offered an appointment to redo the service at no cost. Since I live far away and would not be able to do so, they are issuing a refund. So while I was extremely disappointed with my results, great customer service is always appreciated.

I went to DC Lash Bar last week and got the tint and perm and I love it. I’ve heard of tinting your eyelashes and I have always wanted to do it but didn’t know where to go. I found DC lash bar and am obsessed. The tint and perm make it look like I am wearing mascara all the time without having to put it on in the morning and wash it off in the evenings. I am all about the “I woke up like this” look with my lashes. Will go back!

This afternoon will be my third appointment with Mai (lash extensions). I love them. I've heard horror stories from friends who didn't have good experiences so i was super nervous about getting them. I've received so many compliments on my lashes. I was initially worried that the lashes would feel so heavy but most of the time i forget that i have extensions until i look in the mirror. Highly recommend this place, especially for newbies like myself. From the time you step into the salon, the entire staff makes each customer feel comfortable and relaxed.

I've been coming here for a few months now (I've had one set of hybrid lashes and then a 3-week hybrid filler) and I love it! I always ask for Mai who is amazing. She is so precise and detailed, and when I came in for my 3-week filler, she made them a little longer than last time, which looked amazing. I've gotten compliments about my lashes and am so happy about them. They make getting ready in the morning so much easier. I feel totally comfortable just heading out the door without putting on any eyeshadow, eyeliner, or mascara. The process itself takes about an hour or more, but since your eyes are closed throughout, it's actually in my opinion a relaxing experience. Usually I just take a mini nap and listen to the music they have playing. It's completely painless, and I follow the aftercare instructions (avoiding water 24 hours afterwards and brushing them daily) and have had my lashes last without too much fallout. Again, Mai is amazing, and I definitely recommend her!
