So i usually do not leave reviews unless i’m really disappointed or REALLY impressed. Yvette, the very lovely girl who did my nails gave me the best customer service and did my nails exactly the way i wanted them. i came to visit my sister in law and she made me an appointment at this nail salon. i cant be happier. Yvette and I had an amazing conversation, laughed a lot and she gave me the best experience ever. i rarely get my nails done. Props to Yvette for doing what she loves and it shows!!!!! 100% recommend her and this nail salon. thank you for making this such a pleasant experience 🤍

Took my daughter here as a surprise day out. We both got a manicure and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was incredibly nice. You can book appointments online if you hate making phone calls like me. I will definitely be coming back.

Needed to get my nails filled and shortened at a last minute. My nail tech was nice and did her job. Unfortunately their sanitization was pretty standard for the nail salons around here. No tools sterilized, just taken out of drawers, same files and drill bits used on multiple clients, etc. She wasn't doing anything different than the other technicians either so I believe it's just the salon's common practices. I will have to continue my search for a salon that follows disinfection, sanitization and sterilization regulations. I feel like it isn't too much to ask for a salon to follow the laws put in place for their cleanliness.

Absolutely love coming here! Tried a different nail tech and she didn’t disappoint! Lily was amazing and found a way to create what I wanted:) if you ever had to switch techs I would highly recommend her!!

Disappointed with my second experience here. The first time the tech took great care to detail and doubled my layers to ensure that it would last and not start chipping too soon. This most recent experience you could tell the tech was feeling rushed to get to another client. She sealed my dip with clear gel instead of just using the top coating and wouldn’t even answer my question when I asked if they were out of the top coating. The nails aren’t fully sealed either and end are bumpy because she was rushing to finish. She even put cuticle oil all cover my fingers instead of the cuticles and didn’t offer lotion to finish. Total time spent about 40 minutes. In the photo you can see some of the other never ness of the gel top coat causing crinkling.

This is the best nail place in the 757! The owners are so sweet and we have always had great customer service here. My last visit was with Jean and she did a great job removing my tips and shaping my natural nails. My daughters and I love it here! Also, for an extra special treat, you HAVE to try to the spa packages. Well worth the money!

Jacky was awesome. She was able to relieve the pain in my right toe be fixing an ingrown toenail. She took her time and worked the. Area over and over while soaking and softening the affected area. Totally satisfied. I will be booking an appointment once a month to ensure that the problem does not ever happen again. Jacky was very friendly and was a true professional highly recommend her. It was my first experience with a pedicure and I’m so glad that somebody recommended it. If you need a pedicure call Jacky she is amazing.

Our wedding party of 8 had a great experience this morning! Everyone did a great job. Nails are perfect. We feel beautiful and pampered. Tina did my nails and I'm super impressed! I have a couple problem nails, ruts, and she filed and filled them. They turned out flawless!! Super impressed with this place and everyone who works here. I can easily speak for all of us when I say that I highly recommend! Thank you TH Nails! If we weren't from out of state for a destination wedding I would probably be back here on a regular.

I absolutely LOVE TH Nails. I have been going there for years. Tina is my go to for my nails. I pick a color and she goes from there. She always does beautiful designs!!! For my pedicures, it has to be Jean. I am very sensitive, and also get ingrown big toes A LOT. All I have to do is tell her it is time for surgery, and she makes it happen. The entire staff there is amazing, and I recommend them for anyone who want to be pampered!!!

After making reservations at a "higher end" place at Landstown Commons for our daughter's birthday with her friends and dealing with people that didn't care and didn't respect the reservations, we made some calls and found TH Nails. They were more than accommodating and made what was a terrible experience into a wonderful birthday experience for our daughter and her friends. Since then we've only gone to TH Nails and won't ever look back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a place that actually cares about you as a customer.

TH Nails is my favorite nails and spa. I never feel rushed and really get a chance to relax. I actually pass at least 10 other salons to get to there. Prices are comparable to other places but the service is better.

I love this place. My mom moved here and we go and get mani and pedis together. We get wine and relax. Lisa did an amazing job on my gel mani pedi! I went back the next day and Gene (I think that’s how you spell her name I didn’t get the spelling) did my deep tissue massage which was also amazing.

My favorite nail shop, the level of service and attention to detail I receive is great! And they serve drinks as well, it’s like going to a high end salon in terms of nail service and you don’t get the same atmosphere but you also don’t have to pay the same price as a fancy salon. This review is about TH Nails London Bridge, but I will give a little backstory. I had been going to Nails Plus Landstown Commons for the past few months, but I have become frustrated with the lack of skills. They are very nice people, but are not skilled on healthy nails; and what is trending. Today I tried someone new at TH Nails London Bridge requesting ombré nails. My nail Tech’s name was Lily. She did an excellent job, and I am a perfectionist. I have a new nail tech.

I didn't personally get my nails done here, but my friends who got their nails done for an upcoming wedding didn't have the best experience. Two of my friends had their cuticles cut during their manicures, and the technicians didn't do much pre-soaking before they started to cut back the cuticle. They merely apologized when their cuticles started bleeding. Another friend ended up with a crooked nail during her acrylic fill-in. The overall idea was great; I love that they include a drink as part of the experience, but the quality was not up to par with the experience.

TH Nails and Day Spa is located along London Bridge Rd. in a strip mall at the entrance to our neighborhood (Lake Placid). Since I live in this neighborhood, I've passed the place countless times over the years, but have only been in here a few times for some massages. You can only access the strip mall when heading south on London Bridge Rd. Coming out, if you need to head north, your best bet is to come out at the traffic light for the neighborhood. My most recent visit here was on December 31, 2019. As others have said, the place is small, so make sure to have an appointment if possible when you come in. The view from the outside is somewhat unassuming, with just the name of the place and such that you can see from the road when looking at a seasoned strip mall. As of the time of this visit, they were still working on getting a full day spa together for the second floor of the building. They will have both full day and half day options. Before my most recent visit, I have been here before. I have had a few massages done here in the past, and the experience was great each time. I didn't expect anything different this time. My mom had given me a few massage gift certificates for here at Christmas. I decided to use one of them on this day. My mom also came in to do one, as well as a pedicure. Her massage was first, but they were running behind. Since there was a wait for me, my mom offered for me to have a pedicure in the meantime. This is not something I would have ever thought of doing, especially when you're a male. The pedicure was a great surprise and went with the basic one since it was the first time. It started out with the feet in warm water, and also got a mimosa during this as well. You can get up to two drinks free per visit as well. After the feet had time to soak in the hot water and other things in it, it was time for the pedicure. They take great care when doing the pedicure. Going into this, I thought it would be just the nails, but it actually includes a massage of the feet as well. This part of the experience was great, and I would look to do this again in the future, maybe every few months or so. It definitely felt different and fresh by the time it was done. It even felt like things were flowing better afterwards too. After completing the pedicure, it was time for the Swedish Massage. They have several massage rooms. Having done one before here, I already had an idea of what to expect. After prepping in the room, it was time for the one hour massage. The one doing the massage was great. She was able to hit up a lot of the knots in areas of my body, especially in the neck area, where I have Myofascial dysfunction (has to do with trigger points). The time while this was being done was relaxing. After it was done, I did feel sore, but that is to be expected after a massage, as it helps with relieving stiffness and other pains. Within a day or so, I was back to normal, but felt better than I did before the massage occurred. Overall, I have had great experiences here. I've only done the massages and now a pedicure too. Although I can't afford to do it on a frequent basis, this is definitely worth doing a few times a year at least. The staff are very friendly and have your best interest at heart. With excellent experiences here several times, I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a manicure, pedicure, or massage. Enjoy that time for yourself. This is the place to do it.

My preschool daughter and I had the best experience here! I came to this business specially for the kids salon area. We walked in with no appointment and it was our lucky day because they were able to begin her manicure pedicure with no wait. Lily did her service and was great with her—Very gentle and kind. All the “extras” they do for kids are really nice too. I was very happy with the experience and will return again.

Yesterday, me and my boyfriends mother got a spa package. I would have to give this place only three stars, only because our nails were actually beautiful. What other customers have said about the nails are extremely true! They are extremely hygenic and use new tools everytime as well. Now the reason I couldn't give this place five stars, is because our massages and my facial was not very proffesional. The ladies who were doing our massages slathered so much lotion on us like we were thanksgiving turkeys or something. They also both were speaking to eachother in vietnamese the whole time, so it was not relaxing to us at all.The lady who also did my facial, was VERY agressive with my face, slathering so much lotion on my face as well, and then just put a sheet mask on my face. If I wanted to slather lotion and have a sheet mask, I literally could do that at home. She did not address any skin concerns I have, or even really took a look at my face, like every other proffesional facial I have had. Defenitly NOT worth going for massages or facials ever again. HOWEVER, what ended up saving the day, was the nails at the end of the spa package. My nail tech, Eri, was absolutely sweet, and funny. She absolutely made my day, and had so many good reccomendations for my nails! I absolutely would reccommend this place ONLY for nails as they do a fantastic job at that, and you can tell IS their specialty! My boyfriends mother even though she was not pleased with the massage as well, defenitly loved her nails at the end of the day! Will defenitly go back only to get my nails done.

All staff was extremely nice and welcoming. 1 drink (mimosa, wine, or beer) came with our basic spa pedicures. My only complaint about my pedicure was that she only massaged my legs/feet for a literal 5 seconds, not even rubbing in the lotion. When I started my manicure she picked at my cuticles and nails for 20 minutes, which is fair, I hadn’t had a manicure in months. Same as my pedicure I didn’t get a hand massage just 1 swipe of lotion. I was okay with everything mainly until I left and realized my one nail had been picked at so much it was bleeding and was burning. This morning- the day after- I woke up and my entire finger tip is swollen and extremely painful. I couldn’t even scrub my scalp in the shower because the pain. I know my nail tech didn’t do it on purpose but I knew she was doing too much by the amount of time that went by before she even started painting my nails.

(update on review: i just went again with the silver VIP package. amaze-balls!! great quality for the money, highly recommend!! these ppl are the best. not to mention we got the entire upstairs to ourselves, and there was free sauna and shower use) im a very nervous individual and salons definitely set that off in me, but i actually really wasnt that anxious here. the inside is large, gorgeous, clean and well-put together. the staff is very friendly, and even if they're quiet, they never give off the vibe of 'i dont like you / your feet are gross / etc' lol idk how to describe it. im a minor so i got a dr pepper instead of the alcohol, but my mom said hers was good. i also really liked the massage chair! im pretty confident that ill be booking here again for a VIP service because they have a whole upstairs that im very curious about (i was here for a 1pm appointment for mothers day! i got pink toes and she got glittery red ones. very cute ^__^)

My 14 year old daughter's nails turned out like talons and not almond shaped, as requested. They did the right thing and changed them out, but not with a smile. Instead they were more interested and who was at fault. Overall communication was poor and attitudes were petty. I gave them 3 stars because they did change her nails and they do good work depending on who you get.

Generally have had a great experience here but my recent visit was marred by the language barrier. My nails were in bad shape and it was recommended I receive extensions with a dipped polish manicure. I didn't know the order of the procedure and asked/ mentioned several times prior to and throughout the manicure that I was to get extensions but never received them. My nails ended up looking great (though short) and the tech was apologetic when the miscommunication was discussed but I realized later that I paid for a more expensive procedure ( dipped vs gel manicure) because of the extension suggestion. I will go back because overall they've been great but if you're not sure what you want or what you think you're getting, make sure it is well understood all around.

I called 2.5 hour before they closed, and they still made an appointment to arrive in 15 minutes. After arriving, I realized how busy they were, and patiently waited for a few minutes. I was brought to a chair, and got a good soaking until Marie was ready for me. I must say, it was well worth the wait. Marie was personable, focused and professional. I recieved the best pedicure ever, and she will be doing my feet from now on. Its been 3 days, and they still look and feel good. I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for professional and focused work.

I honestly LOVE Th Nails! They are always super sweet and hardworking! Me & my boyfriend went to get pedicures together today. He enjoyed an ice cold beer, while I enjoyed a nice glass of wine. It was super relaxing and the nail techs did an awesome job on our feet! Very meticulous and patient. They are serious about their craft. I honestly would definitely reccomend them! 10/10!

The wait time can be long so you may want to call ahead. I usually love this place but they have recently started using a new shellack polish that is horrible. I had to get 3 coats because it was so thin & it still chipped not even a week later. When I got my manicure the water was cold and I didn't get a massage, she just rubbed lotion on my hands when she finished painting them. My pedicure was good. She took a lot of time on my feet but then everything else like the massage was rushed (I got the deluxe pedi).

I cant even express highly enough how awesome this place is! They have been my GO TO nail spa for over a year now. I've cheated on them a couple times when they were too busy to allow walk in and I didn't make and appointment and I regreted it each and every time. The employees are all professional and more then that the product they use is professional and long lasting. I git my nails done in February by a random nail spa and they were chipping as soon as I walked out and I paid over 100 dollars. Here mu nails last practically forever and the prices are more then fair..if you are wondering if this place is worth your time and money the answer is YES!

I absolutely loved this place. Went in for a pedicure and it was the most relaxing experience I think I have ever had in a salon. The massage chairs were amazing and the ladies were very friendly. The price of my pedicure included a glass of chilled wine which was a very nice touch. I am definitely going back again.

I wont go anywhere else. Friendly staff, clean, and you get up to 2 glasses of wine or mimosas or 1 beer with your service (as long as your 21 of course). Kids services are awesome....they get ice pops and cute necklaces with their service and get to sit in a fun kid decorated area. Only thing that can be tough is availability. You really do need to make an appt. My daughter and I have gone on a whim and been turned away cause everyone was booked solid. This was at the Battlefield location. I think the Kempsville location may have more availability. They also have a nice location out off London bridge I think, same services, some of the same technicians, but recommend an apt as well.

The ladies here are professional and kind. They always do a lovely job. My girlfriends and I often go together and they work hard to accommodate our group every time. Walk ins can sometimes take a minute so call ahead, they will call someone in to take your appointment!

I love this place. They take their time doing your nails and feet and they're always professional and friendly. Their shop is clean, parking is convenient and if you have an appointment there's hardly any waiting. The variety of libations are nice too to kick back in their comfortable chairs and relax.

We went and had manicures and pedicures. It was our first time going and we loved it. They really do a great job. Their deluxe pedicure is what we did and it didn't disappoint. We will be back.

Im only giving them a 4 star because no matter what i do if i do or dont make an appointment i always have to wait 30 mins which is really irritating. But besides that they do a great job at mani's and pedi's. For the most part everyone is super friendly, they usually always offer us a drink and they like to talk. Which i like also. From now on I'm ONLY coming here. just wish i wouldn't have to wait forever to get my nails done.

I absolutley love this place. I cant find a place that does a good job with kids but these people defiently hit best of both worlds for spa day for mom and daughter. They were so sweet to my daughter, actually did her nails the correct way instead of just throwing on nail polish just because she's young and doesn't understand. They trimmed her nails, gave her a popsicle and while I had my mimosa and got my nails done she played in the play area. Will not go anywhere ever again. Amazing staff!!!

Been going here for awhile, but lately, they’ve lost focus of their customer service. They turn people away every night bc they take too many appointments, the prices are $2 higher than competitors, its “unrushed” but a mani/pedi shouldn’t take over two hours & last time, an owner/manager was eating & on the phone while she did my manicure. It took over an hour! (It was just polish not acrylic or gel.) I’m going to start trying other salons instead.

Love this place! Some key info: Friendly nail techs. They don't have side conversations in a different language. Their prices are reasonable ($25 for a shellac manicure). They serve alcohol (mimosoas, wine, beer at no extra cost). Plenty of shellac colors to choose from. Also you can leave your tip on your credit card where most nail salons require cash tip. Hands down my favorite nail salon.

Nice stop for a little TLC! they have a kids room where they can also play games and have their own little me-time while also getting their nails done. They have a quick dry spot as well and provides disposable slip ons if your feet needed to dry a bit more. They can also do massages, and a lot of other things. Just check their website! Took my two young children here for pedicures, the staff was overly welcome. Very kid friendly, they even gave my kids popsicles :) They turned the tv on, gave my daughter “rainbow” polish on her feet. The employees went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Most nail salons don’t make me feel too welcome but they most definitely treated us like royalty and they were all smiles. Thank you! Never disappointed. Make an appointment- when they're busy, they are BUSY. But there are no shortcuts. They pamper the shirt out of you, taking time to make sure you're comfortable, have something to drink (free wine or mimosas, coffee, water...oh, yeah), like the work they're doing, etc. Loads of color options.
