1st timer Nd was very pleased, called ahead Nd was told to come on in, once I arrived there was no wait, I was seated in the pedi chair Nd offered a cold bottle water to drink, Tina worked on my feet Nd John (I believe the owner) started removing my old nails while I was sitting. Once my feet were done I went back to John Nd he finished my nails. I showed him a pic I liked Nd he aced it to a tee. The customer service was excellent Nd the music was very relaxing. I will definitely be going back, I believe Ive found my new techs for my nails Nd pedi’s. Thankz Grace Nails for a Job well done👍🏾

John did an AMAZING job on my nails. He took his time and tended to my nails and my nails only. He nor any of the other techs rushed to make the next dollar yet took the time to listen to my concern. I loved it here, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. No matter how busy they are, someone is always willing to greet you with kindness. I got a full set of acrylic nails, done by Peter, and may I just say, wow. They looked amazing when they were finished. All of the workers I interacted with there were very pure and pleasant people. This was my second visit here and I’m for sure coming back :)

First time coming here after looking for a nail place to call home. I chose this place because they have great reviews. I called ahead to make sure they had time for me to come in and get a pedicure and full acrylic set. They were able to accommodate the time I requested. When I arrived they greeted me right away and immediately got started on my pedicure. I highly recommend the full spa pedicure with hot rocks and hot towels. Next, I was seated for my acrylic set. I showed them a picture of what I was wanting and they did not disappoint! I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Called them yesterday to see if I could come in for a fill and color change. They also fit me in! Told the gentleman I wasn’t sure if I wanted to change the shape. Decided to go shorter. I also wanted to go back to my normal black color from the white that I chose previously. Once again this place was amazing. They always do such an amazing job when I come in. I’ve struggled in the past finding a regular nail salon to stick with, but I think this is my place I’m going to stick with. Never a bad experience with them. ❤️ Thank y’all for always being so great! They even do great when I bring my 4 year old in to get her nails painted.

First time customer, my friend and I went together, we both got full sets. Ashley was my tech and she was excellent, very friendly and professional. She got the length and shape perfect. I recently took my daughter, father and three nieces for mani/pedis right before Thanksgiving. We went in the day before and were able to get an appointment easily. The owner, Tom, was so friendly and helpful. He and his team of nail technicians did a great job and were swift in their work and so nice too. Lots of good colors to choose from. Extremely clean and everything is new. Massage chairs very comfortable and they offered us drinks as well. My 84 YO dad had never had a mani/ pedicure and really was in need of some TLC. He loved it! We will go back for sure! Thanks to all of the people at Grace Nails!

After one too many poor experiences at my usual nail salon, I decided to give Grace a try. I’m so glad I did! From my first call to make the appointment to the end of my visit, it was lovely. Everyone was welcoming, the atmosphere was serene and it was hands down ( pun sort of intended) the best full set and gel polish I have ever received. The staff here did such a wonderful job! From the relaxing pedicure spa treatment, to the french manicure, everyone was so friendly, professional, and accommodating the whole way through. I was serviced by Peter for a full set, French acrylic. He was very kind, attentive to fine details, and gentle with the drill around my cuticles (which I REALLY appreciate). I did have to wait 25 mins. past my appointment time, but the quality of service helped me to look past that. I’m extremely happy with the final result and will definitely ask for Peter again!

I decided to go here on a whim, after having a terrible experience at a different salon in Chesapeake. This place was incredible; it's so clean and ambient. I received a pedicure from a lovely young woman named Ashley, who I think has the hands of an angel. The pedicure was soft, with just the right amount of pressure, and my toes look AMAZING. I will absolutely be coming back, and Ashley just became my go-to girl. 10/10 definitely recommend this salon.

I had a great experience here at Grace Nails and Day Spa. They paid great attention to my every needs. They asked me periodically if I was okay. It was very relaxing. At one point, there was a customer to customer dispute. The workers handled it to the best of their abilities. They were able to calm the room quickly. Their customer service was great. I got a manicure and pedicure. My feet feel soOOOooOo soft. I love it. I was able to stay in a relaxed calm mood through the appointment and after. My nail techs were awesome.

We are on holiday in the Virginia Beach area for Thanksgiving break so I decided to treat my neice, my daughter, and myself to pedicures. We came to the Grace Nails salon located on Holland road and experienced excellent customer service. We called ahead to ensure that all three of us could receive service at the same thing. We arrived with 15 minutes and they immediately had three stations set up for us. I (personally) received a hot stone massage on my legs. I fell in love with this experience. I recommend the hot stones. My stress levels just melted away. This is the best nail salon in Virginia Beach, VA.

My only complaint is that the manicure is lack luster. She soaked my nails and bearly cut my cuticles. It would of been a perfect experience for me if more attention was given to the manicure.

Tina, Kai and Johm have done my nails to perfection each and every time. I've had people at work ask if these were my natural nails because they don't look bulky and they last me so long! Love the ambiance and soothing vibes here. I recommend getting the liquid gel for a more natural nail look and the acrylics for the people that use their hands more. Again, love this place!

I have patronized this nail salon twice in the last 60 days. I had the pleasure of Emily servicing me in January but tonight I went in hoping to get her again but she was busy! I am very particular about the shape of my nails during a pedicure so I was apprehensive to let someone else do my pedi since I originally wanted Emily again but John was so helpful teaching another tech and translating exactly what I wanted! He eventually took over the shaping and nail polishing but the tech was awesome! John executed my French tip exactly how I wanted, I’ll definitely be returning!

I have been to this business twice now. They got my money first for being open on Sunday. The first trip, I had 1 tech all to myself for mani and pedi. The 2nd trip I had 3 techs. It does not matter if you have 1 or 3. They take their time & make sure you are happy. And they don't mind if you want design; other places not so much. Priced comparable to others.

Normally I am the more easy to please person when it comes to someone massaging my feet.. but I will not go back. I called ahead to make an appt so my husband and I could get our feet done at the same time. Oh well I got over that. The lady did a great job getting the dead/dry skin off my husband's feet.. he wears boots 24/7 for work so they were ROUGH! (This is why I'm giving more than 1 star) Then when she was done she came over to me started mine. We paid for the deluxe like $52 one both. I had picked my regular polish out before sitting down and brought it with me. She then tried to match the color with Gel, without our asking or mentioning it. It's a good thing I was paying attention. I said no thank you and she continued to try to push "gel last longer" I asked how much it was and she was going to charge $17 extra without asking. She finished the quick massage.later I was burnt with a burn mark on my leg from the hot stones and then I was left with a bruise on my foot from her massaging it. Towels that were used were also sitting on the floor for a little My husbands was awesome. Absolutely wonderful but mine was not. My polish also looks good.

I enjoyed going to this salon it's clean, welcoming and great service. However once my services were completed l was over charged. The new manger explained that they had another price increase. I calculated the new cost including their 20% discount and verified they were still overcharging me. Unfortunately he was persistent and unprofessional in explaining their Fraudulent charges. After some really bad treatment at a favorite spa one too many times, I got a tip on this place from a woman who has fragile nails like myself. My daughter and her best friend went off to get pedicures. It was easy to make an appointment on a random Thursday afternoon. This place is gorgeous! The atmosphere, the music, the chairs (no cracks or split leather), color selection was superb. They have lighting over each pedicure station that really shows how awesome their work is. We each got the organic spa which is a hour of pampering. And it was a hour. Foot soak, salt scrub, hot stone massage, warm towel wrap, and paraffin mask. All amazing! None of us had any pain from the foot work. Cuticles pushed back easily but thoroughly. Calloused scrubbed (always tickles). Nails clipped neatly and filed perfectly. My technician was wonderful!! I've never had such impeccable polish application ever. He actually painted my nails and all of the nail. I'm hooked and will be going here for my pedicures from now on.

I am from North Carolina and came to visit my Grandmother here in Virginia Beach. I desperately needed a fill, through a lot of research I found Grace Nail&Day Spa. This salon had the best rating in the area. They accepted me and my mom in as both walkins. We were instantly welcomed with a warm inviting atmosphere. They set us right up to get started. The communication through out the experience was fantastic. They gave us tips and tricks to take back with us to request how we like our nails back in NC. The speed was impressive and skill of everyone there for my pedicure fill and moms fill was superb. I was so comfortable with this experience I ended up leaving with a design I was never able to get back home and felt sooo happy with my mom and i's outcome. I highly recommend this salon for locals and visitors.

Without a doubt 5 stars. The service was great, it’s clean, calm and efficient without being rushed. The staff is polite and my nails are fabulous. Never going anywhere else again. Emily is just such a sweetheart and she was meticulous with my mani/pedi. My first impression of this nail salon was that it was relaxing and gave off a zen vibe. It’s my new favorite. The owner was so polite and catered to all my needs. I absolutely love my nails at this place but I don’t like how they charge you just to take gel off and if you don’t get gel again. He also kept asking me almost in a pressuring way why don’t I didn’t want to get gel nails and I had it done before. Like it’s $17 more + the fee you charge to take the gel off. Some people only come in there with their exact amount of money.

Today was my second visit and while I had to wait about 25 minutes, it was completely worth it. They take their time and my names look amazing. I can usually go three weeks in between fills. Lots of colors to choose from. Very friendly staff. I would recommend making an appointment to prevent waiting. Extremely clean and all the staff wear masks.
